The food is not proportionate to the price. I ordered a rice bowl with steak and several toppings. Two half empty scoops of rice (you could still see the bottom of the bowl), one scoop of protein. My son ordered the same but with chicken. The rice was stale and the steak had no flavor. Total was $32.97 for two bowls. I don’t usually eat Chipotle but my son eats from here at least once a week so I wanted to see what the hype was.

Tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Chipotle. I’m a regular customer, and the food I received was completely cold. When I reported it, the blonde girl at the counter (not sure if she’s the acting manager) actually put her hand in my food and said, “That’s not cold.” Extremely unprofessional.
They told me it would be 5 minutes for fresh meat, but I waited almost 20 minutes. I eventually had to ask for a refund, and even then I said I just needed a plate of food. They finally served it, and the food was still not cooked properly.
The staff, the service, and the whole experience were unacceptable. I will not be returning.

What happened to this place in general. Poorly managed and the food is really bad. Not just this location but almost all of them in Naples and Fort Myers area. I once ate 1 once a week at a chipotle in the area but I stopped for good now. Better off cooking at home

Chipotle or Naples Plaza is a busy location situated in a grand shopping plaza. The employees here are efficient and know how to deal with the rushes. (which there are many). Unfortunately, the trash was overflowing (which is fair, sometimes us humans forget.) but the bowl was fairly portioned, which I appreciate. Overall, this isn’t a bad location but I’d say a decent location for any avid Chipotle goers.

Nothing now but a bunch of ghetto gen z kids that all deserve the “not my fu*k^*g job” award.
Stood at the beginning of the queue in a completely empty restaurant. 10 minutes before anyone attended me. I was made to wait that long all for a poorly wrapped, double tortilla, veggie burrito, where half the toppings fell out during its assembly and folding. No napkins or utensil, trash bins full to the brim. The bathroom a mess. Employees more interested in laughing and joking with one another than actually working, typical of this generation.
I just don’t understand, I was LITERALLY the only person in the restaurant.
Disgusting. I feel stolen from after paying for my meal.

Nothing better then eating multiple bites and then getting a super chewy piece of chicken. Only to spit it out and realizing its still raw. DELICIOUS!!!!

I ordered offline, and I can say I am very disappointed, HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered 2 bowls and chips with guacamole, both of my bowls had at least 8 ingredients or “add ons” that I ordered for me to enjoy, picked up my order, was excited just for me to be let down. 3 or 2 add ons left in my bowls chicken, & rice was all I see. MIND YOU I paid extra for queso and extra chicken. terrible will not be going to this location ever again, no utensils was left in the bag no napkins no nothing.

I ordered 3 veggie tacos with sides however half my order was missing. The tacos that they did make had 1 piece of bell pepper and Lettuce. What the actual heck! When I took the order back and asked to remake the attitude of the employees was absolutely ridiculous. Never once apologized. Told me they were out of veggies and that they are very busy. Took the food and threw it in the garbage and rolled their eyes at me. Worst service and absolutely unprofessional behavior.
