I didn’t realize this place is only open three days a week. It was rather run down like it’s surrounding neighborhood. The booth seats were shedding. They had a coffee roaster sitting near the front windows and it would be great to get fresh roasted coffee some day but I fear this is just a pipe dream. Our breakfast was fine but nothing spectacular. I ordered a single pancake and it was very small. This place certainly doesn’t warrant a 4.8 rating on Google Maps.

We stopped in here for the first time for breakfast last week. The food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and hospitable. I had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was so good. The chicken was crispy and juicy. My wife had a waffle with eggs and sausage that was also delicious. We both had cappuccino which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back again!

I travel the country looking for the best hole in the wall places to eat… If you’re ever in the Hudson Valley area for the weekend… this is a must stop place for chicken and waffles. They’re made to order, but 100% worth the wait!

I had a craving for chicken and waffles, which was quickly satisfied. My lunch date ordered a western omelette, which was also delicious.

I had an awesome experience at BVC Café. The service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Their BVC sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was insanely good. The atmosphere was chill and had great vibes all around. The best part? When I went up to grab a second coffee, they gave it to me for free as a congratulations for checking out colleges. That really made my day. Big thanks to the team at BVC Café — definitely my new go-to spot when I’m in the area!!!

Breakfast was delicious! Prices are good and food was presented well. It was packed on a Sunday morning which was great for business. There was a little wait with a nice stream of patrons but kitchen moves fast. worth the visit! Well done Newburgh!
