Filled with laughter, music, and the buzz of friends coming together, Beverley’s provides a chance for guests to experience dinner and weekend brunch in a setting reminiscent of owner Greg Katz’s childhood home in Cape Town. Think: An endless collection of family and friends congregating for long outdoor brunches and evening dinner parties that his mom, the restaurant’s namesake, would host. Modern menu inspired by classic dishes such as chicken schnitzel, caviar latkes, challah french toast and matzoh ball soup. Grab a latte–or something punchier–over weekend brunch or meet your neighbors for a weeknight dinner. And be sure to say hi. Making friends and food is our specialty.

Beverly’s was the perfect spot for my birthday brunch!! I had a large party for 11 people and Beverley’s accommodated us perfectly. They have valet so you don’t have to worry about street parking. The service was top notch and frequently checked up on us throughout our meal (shoutout to Tito!). The pacing of food was excellent as well as the taste! I highly recommend trying the fried artichoke as it was such a good appetizer. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to host a nice brunch in Dallas!

This time of year makes it even more special — the chic, Christmas-inspired décor creates such a cozy and festive atmosphere, and the patio is simply lovely.
We recently celebrated a birthday there, and I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the attention to detail and level of care they provided.
They beautifully customized the menu for the occasion and even created a personalized drink menu, which was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful touch. We had a group of twelve on the patio for brunch, and everything ran seamlessly. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, and they even allowed us to bring our own cake, which made the celebration feel extra personal.
From the outstanding service to the incredible food, Beverley’s Bistro and Bar exceeds all expectations time and time again.

Dinner at Beverley’s was fantastic. Great spot for date night dinner, or after work happy hours. Food and drinks were great. We ate at the bar and service was prompt and attentive. The decor features many plants and greenery for a relaxing and natural vibe. Dinner menu is different than the brunch menu, but both are great. Private back room available to host events or for more intimate feel.

The first time I visited Beverly’s, I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised; I didn’t expect the elegance, cozy charm, or elevated cuisine, encased in a bright, vibrant color palette. Nestled between some of my favorite spots on Fitzhugh, a wonderful time can be had by all here; from brunch to dinner, with live music on the right nights. The cocktail experience is quite enjoyable although the bar probably isn’t the best option for taller guest who need more leg room. The friendly smiles of staff and our bartender, Anthony, say welcome from the moment you enter. Presentation and audience are as important to me as service and ambiance, the dishes will not disappoint. The convenience of valet is offered for those who enjoy such. Nadia’s friendly energy and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable.
That said, it was a little surprising that we weren’t offered anything complimentary for a birthday While this didn’t take away from the quality of the food or service, for a place operating at such a high level, that extra gesture would’ve gone a long way in rounding out the hospitality.
Still, Beverly Bar and Bistro is a place we’ll definitely return to — and we’ll be asking for Nadia again.

Came here for brunch with my book club. There were 7 of us, so we got the big booth on the back wall. Our server (wanna say his name was Jacob?) was amazing. He gave us actual recommendations and not just stock answers. He was attentive but not smothering.
We tried so many dishes as we tend to dine family style. The oysters were great and I was surprised they were from Alabama and not the east coast. Loved the mignonette. The brunch crab cake with an egg sounded weird but was a table favorite. Honestly, everything we had was excellent. For “dessert” we shared the French toast and it was perfect.
The drinks were great too. I loved the peach brunch one I had as well as the carajillo I had with dessert.
Highly recommend dining here!

From the very beginning, Megan, the manager, was such a joy to work with — incredibly kind, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to accommodate every detail. She helped set the patio so beautifully and elegantly, creating the perfect setting for a special night.
The chef was outstanding, thoughtfully creating a menu that not only featured delicious dishes, but also included three custom vegan options to accommodate one of my guests. That kind of care really stood out.
And let’s not forget the star who helped bring it all together — our server, Kosta, was absolutely amazing. His warm energy, attentiveness, and professionalism made the entire evening flow so smoothly.
To top it all off, my guests were treated to complimentary sparkling rosé, which was such a thoughtful and classy gesture. And of course, everything was delicious — the food, the drinks, the ambiance — simply perfect.
My heart was so full and absolutely happy with everything. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Beverley’s team for making my birthday so special. I’ll be back — and I’ll be telling everyone I know to visit, too!

I came in for a late dinner on a Sunday evening. The service was very prompt and the staff was very polite. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with live music and I enjoyed my seat at the bar. It wasn’t very crowded. The menu had a lot of great options. It seemed like a decent value. I had the Caesar salad and I thought it was very tasty and fresh. There was ample parking with a free valet and I cannot wait to come back and enjoy the rest of the menu.
