Had Friday Fish Fry here recently for the first time. Great spot for fish! Everyone has their preferred way for fish fry but there are a few fundamentals that I base my opinions on. I’ll save the details but the highlights are its not greasy and you can eat it with your fingers. If you like a little zest get the spicy tartar sauce! The fish was good enough for a quick promo for the joint! Cribbage tourney on March 21st and dont forget the Brewers bus on May 10th.

Came here on a recommendation. I really liked the place. Food was good and staff were very friendly. Great atmosphere, other customers were friendly and felt welcoming. I would recommend having this on your list of must try fish frys. Bloody Mary’s we’re a great appetizer.

Stayed in WI for a week and came here twice. First time for drinks on the back deck. They had live music and a fire pit. Just a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Came back during the week and had the dill cheese curds (so good), Riley Roo sandwich (also yummy), and shared some flat fries (tasty spin on regular fries). The people here are so nice, place is very clean, and I highly recommend stopping in!

Our first time visiting Red Retriever, we’ll come back .
This is a small but friendly bar and grill off the highway, but easy to find. The owners were super nice and the local people were just as friendly.
We only had 3 of the appetizers, but they were delicious. Flat fries, mushrooms and poppers.
