I was looking forward to trying out Dominos new stuffed crust pizza. Imagine my surprise when opening the pizza box (that clearly states stuffed crust) and instead of getting what I ordered. I see a pan pizza with no stuffed crust. That’s some dirty bait and switch experience.
If corporate ever finds itself needing to down size because of Trump’s tariffs then I recommend Store #8767. Im pretty sure the community can do without their services.

I’m honestly disappointed, Dominoes is my go to for pizza and I LOVE the pleasantburg location but they don’t deliver to me and are a little far. I tried delivery from this location once, was 45 minutes late and even though I was sick, I was met with a phone call from the delivery driver saying I had to come down the stairs of my apartment and get the pizza that wasn’t even good myself…I tipped $5 for a 10 minute drive and she couldn’t even be bothered to come up. She got out and walked out of the car just fine.
Today I wanted to try again, I was exhausted and had just gotten home from work. Admittedly, the girl did come to my door this time and was very sweet, but my pizza was over an hour late, tasted awful, and was smushed badly as seen in the picture. I won’t be trying a third time…

Haven’t even gotten my pizza yet, but took 10 minutes to get through the parking lot because there are literal craters EVERYWHERE. I can’t imagine owning a “business” and allowing the property to get this bad. If your car is worth more than $500 don’t come to this location.

I haven’t had Domino’s in a while so I figured change things up. I had gotten an order for two large pizzas. A bacon and ham. The other was a pepperoni and sausage. I had gotten to the store and one was ready something happened to the other. So he told me it’s going to be free of charge something happened am I okay that’s fine no worries. No stuff happens I’m not mad about it I don’t care. And I asked how much would it cost for a 2L diet Coke. He says no don’t worry about it you’re good. I said are you sure he says yeah it’s just an inconvenience You’ve been waiting a long time. And I told him thank you have a good night. But I will definitely be coming back to this one even though it’s a little out of the way

Their parking lot terrible to many potholes and rough coming in and leaving. My pizza wasn’t cut so we had to take it back because we didn’t have a way to cut. We were Doordashing so we were eating on the go. Bad for business. The guy was understanding and apologized about that and he cut it himself. Thank you and he was friendly. Our pizza was made wrong, we ate it anyway. Do not recommend

2nd chance and definitely will not be a 3rd. This place honestly just needs to hang it up. They can’t ever seen to get it. 1st order I made i wound up cancelling it because 4 hours after I placed my order I still did not have it. This go around it took them almost 2 hours to get my order to me, then the boxes were soaking wet and so was the pizza. Absolutely horrible…

I ordered my food at 6 o’clock. My food is ready by 6:18. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. Got off parked asked for my pizza because I ordered to pick up at the window and the guy at the window would not move or the manager didn’t even try to assist. Their service truly sucks. They lost me as a customer . FYI had the baby in the car!
