October 30th I went to this location. The younger guy that took my order kept reading my order back to me incorrectly. I understand that it’s hard to hear in the drive through. However, it took a very long time to get the drinks and a new person handed me each drink I assume to see my dog. Then I believe her name was Lillian, I had to wave her down to get my drink remade because after repetitively saying I didn’t want whip cream…the drink was given to me with whip cream. After waving her down I told her that and was given attitude. She checked the order and was kind of rude in tone and gave me a snotty drawn out “ok”. I went to hand her the drink back (not knowing you can’t give them back) and again was given attitude for trying to give the drink back.

I get my coffee black and they need to clean their machines because it terrible. Not to mention that it is over $4 just for a black 24oz coffee.
I only drink coffee here when I am desperate and on the go… I prefer bottled Starbucks and it is cheaper!

This location can never seem to get my coffee right. It is once every 10 visits my coffee will actually taste like coffee and not bitter and flavorless water. I swear they aren’t even using flavoring at all most of the time. Workers need to be trained on consistency as there are some that seem good and many others that do not. Food is never an issue here, but after this last visit being the worst tasting coffee I’ve had, I will stick to my other locations I typically go to.
