I ordered a pizza and when I took a bite from a slice there was a hair in it. I’ve called to file a complain and to receive a refund but there was nothing that the manager could do despite there being fotos. I was able to take back the pizza but the person on the phone said it wasn’t necessary and they could refund it. However when days gone past and I called to check on the refund process they said they weren’t able to do anything. It appeared as my complaint wasn’t taken seriously and pushed aside. Bad customer service, would not be eating here again.

Terrible Experience Read Before you Order…
We were there before another group and we were spoken to last to be helped we put an online order in an hour ago that was ready to be picked up.
We were dismissed, ignored and the person at the checkout a bearded guy had a response that was immature, emphasizing that our order had been waiting for extra long. He even started helping the people behind us, who had asked us if we were in line. Which added to the time it took to get what we needed before my partner goes to work tonight.
This took a total of 20 minutes because the person ahead of us had their order messed up we waited patiently.
We just wanted to grab our box and go and this experience makes me willing to drive to the next town over instead to get pizza. It took us twenty minutes to get there, had I known this is how it would be I would have went somewhere else.
Don’t come here it’s not worth the stress, even an online order was made stressful.
I barely get anytime off and I work really hard just to not be given the time of day.
Came back for more update, it was slower and nice but we still had to wait an extra ten minutes after it was “ready”

Ordered and prepaid online arrived on time to a business full of very angry hungry customers that had been waiting for their orders a while. I waited in line to pick mine up only to be told they were in the oven but then they could not find the pizzas! I waited 20+ minutes and was only given half my order. I waited in line again to speak to the manager on duty that apologized and said they would deliver the remaining and 45 minutes later it arrived…. cold!

So, I had a problem getting my free stuff from an old order today. I called ’cause I couldn’t do it online. I talked to Adil. I left a comment ’cause he was super nice and extremely helpful. I loved how he went the extra mile to help me fix it. I think he’s going to do great things, especially with how he handled it. I’m so glad I talked to him. Thanks, Adil, you rock! Keep being you. Delivery guy was cool. Ordered a veggie and a pepperoni. Veggie was pretty good but the pepperoni was HORRIBLE and seemed old. No reason they should taste so different.

This is supposedly a medium hand-tossed. I can’t imagine what “thin-crust” would be. This pie has almost no bread or sauce.
