Best bo kho I’ve ever had!!! The beef portion is sooo generous and incredibly tender, with tendon that just melts in your mouth I’m from Taiwan, and as someone spoiled by amazing Asian food growing up, I’m genuinely impressed ✨
Also, the service is excellent — we asked for a few more lime and they gave us way more than we expected, all complimentary!

Always love Pho and fresh shrimp spring rolls, so I was looking for an Asian restaurant when arrived in Harrisburg. This one is the nearest to the hotel. Got there by 8.30 pm and it was empty, so I just ordered hot tea and Pho. The fresh spring rolls and dessert to go. Pho was refreshing as usual, but the dough of Mochi cake was too thick. Didn’t like any of the 2 variants they sell because of the dough, but prefer the filling of the sesame seeds Mochi cake. The Mochi ice cream was highly recommended, I had the lemon flavours, the only variants left, not sure what else they sell.
Service was excellent, they didn’t turn any customers down who came even after 9 pm. I was their only customer when arrived and left with 3 tables with customers.

Food is good and I have been going to this place for YEARS (despite many pho places closer) but stay away from drinks. I never get ice as restaurants are notorious for not cleaning the machine well. When asking for no ice, you will literally get half a cup of drink. I get it if there’s room on top, but this is an over $6 drink with less than half the cup as the top half is wider.
Update: they have a no ice option on their online ordering, but it is as a whole different item as opposed to an upgrade within the item. The price difference is $0.50. So for $6, you can get a cup half filled but for $6.50 it would be full. Disappointing that they would be like that.

And order takeout. The host/waitress was very nice and immediately handed us menu’s. The food was good. The only disappointment was the price on the spring rolls $8.50 for 2 rolls cut in half, I found that a little ridiculously priced even if they are freshly made. I had pork vermicelli with rice and my husband had it with noodles, it was tasty!

Best Vietnamese in the area! My wife and I enjoyed our food and experience. Big portion sizes and they made my wife’s favorite bird nest with great presentation. My house vermicelli bowl was huge, so many noodles made me full and I usually don’t get full off those bowls. Our new favorite, we will be coming back.

I’m a regular customer of this restaurant. I’ve tried every Vietnamese restaurant in this town. This is my favorite one. They have so many choices. They are in a good location, easy to fine it when you get off the highway, the food is great and the price is right , they using fresh ingredients and environment is great as well. All the staffs are very friendly and patient, highly recommend this restaurant.

My friend and I had a wonderful meal at Pho 3 Mien. They were extremely accommodating of my vegan diet and created a vegetable broth for my vegetable pho. We enjoyed the fried tofu as well as the fresh spring rolls. My friend had shrimp pho which she truly enjoyed. The staff is very kind. Thank you, we will definitely keep this in our rotation of eateries!
