First time having pizza hut from Mt Gilead. We were very satisfied. My kiddos are not the easiest to please. And pizza isn’t the same everywhere thats what makes it so unique! We got a classic crust and pepperoni, a thin crust pepperoni pizza boneless chicken wings, and bread sticks. We chowed down! The teenager even said it was advertisement looking pizza. It sure was beautiful I wish I took photos lol we truly enjoyed it. It was cooked to perfection. And we live 20 minutes away, so for it to still be sooo yummy when we got home made it even better! WE WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Service has gotten beyond terrible. We’ve tried a couple times since. Once we ordered online and went the time it said to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it then told us there was an order of 8 pizzas before they could go ahead and do ours. Then we tried a delivery and it was hours. We called after the time it said it was to be delivered and they said the driver just left, which we came to find out was a complete lie. Well over an hour later that the app then finally said it was on its way. Still never came. Called back they again told us the driver just left. They flat out lie. They need to stop taking orders if they can’t handle them or update times appropriately. Other pizza in the area that is better with better service for sure.

Pizzahut mount Gilead, charging $1.00 each for “boneless breaded wings” I literally got small squares of chicken without breading, a half inch cube of bare chicken with sauce does not a boneless breaded wing make. ! ! Also, my order was out for delivery for 30 minutes, cold and I’m tired of paying a big tip when I always get delivered to last and food arrives cold, every time.pickup purple Indian is wayyy better.

Had a 2hr wait.
I kept being told there was still orders ahead of mine but somehow other people were still getting seated and were receiving their food. When I asked for a refund…none of the staff knew how to give one out. I got super frustrated I just left. $45 worth of food that I never received. Thanks

Today I visited the local Pizza Hut, Mt. Gilead Ohio. I placed an order, adding items as part of a promo. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay the full proce of the promo item, which had already been paid with my online order, the promo accepted, no balance due. I spoke with the manager, who rather smugly claimed its an issue they refuse to honor, despite their site clearly honoring. They claim the higher ups would not allow this to be honored, but the price still had to be paid. We are talking a few dollars, which any other organization would fix on the spot and apologize for the inconvenience, but not today. Will reconsider further business with this organization.
