I just moved to Mustang and came in here a couple days ago. I’ve been to Zaxby’s only a couple times before , once in Laurinburg , North Carolina and once in Las Vegas , Nevada. The one in N.C. was disappointing , tenders not good , dining area dirty and water all over the floor by the soda machine. The one in Las Vegas I got the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla and it was sooo good. Sadly it was for a limited time only. If they bring it back I will gladly come back for it.
I got the Asian Chicken Wrap this time at this location. The lady I ordered with was nice and she said the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was her favorite too. I got my order to go and it was a good sized wrap , but it didn’t have enough sauce on it so it was kind of dry. Next time if I get one I will ask for extra sauce on the side to dip it in. It was okay , but I might or might not order it again. I personally don’t think Zaxby’s chicken tenders are better than most places. I tried their chicken tenders with several sauces when I was in Las Vegas. I know a lot of people really like Zaxby’s , but I’m not that impressed. I will probably come back later to try new menu items and especially if they bring back that Chicken Fajita Quesadilla.

They now have a surf and turf with shrimp, chicken strips, fries, and Texas toast! Also, new chicken fajita and chicken bacon ranch quesdillas. So yummy!

The employee behind the counter was patient and suggested I try the new lemon pepper dry rub and suggest i make it a large zack snack meal. It was one of the best dine in experiences ive had in years.

Have you ever drove by the Zaxby’s in Mustang, OK. and wondered why there is hardly ever anyone there? If your experience has been like mine it is likely because of very poor customer service! I attempted to visit this restaurant on the evening of January 6th through the drive thru, with no service. There were no cars in line ahead of me and after waiting in silence for almost 5 minutes, I said hello into the speaker twice and finally a guy responded back saying he would be with me in a second but never followed up after waiting an additional 2 or 3 minutes. I ended up leaving and driving almost directly across the street to a well established chicken restaurant that’s understands customer service very well.
The bottom line here is Zaxby’s typically has very good food but it can’t be experienced without proper management and customer service to order and serve it. This is not my first experience with poor customer service at this location but rest assured, it was my last!

They’re fried pickles are great! My family appreciates all the sauce options. The Family pack is a fairly good value. The chicken is pretty good, but I wish it were a bit crispier. Same with the fries. The soda machine ice was out and cream soda was unavailable too. Service was OK and restrooms were pretty clean. Plenty of parking. My family prefers Cains or Popeyes chicken and fries, plus Cains sauce and sweet tea is a bit better. We also like the Culver’s cheddar bites better than Z’s.

Went to pick up delivery order for delivery service. The store was clean, nicely appointed and plenty of seating. Staff was friendly and competent in completing the order as requested through the order app. The food smelt delicious and the prices were to the middle range for food.

Sarah was extremely rude! After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order, Sarah finally responded. Not only was she hateful her customer service skills are very poor. If she would take her air pods out of her ears she might be able to hear when a guest is there. It would also be nice if she would include a fork after I specifically asked for one.

The place was clean, and tenders were not fresh, I had 3 Really hard tenders, you can tell from the ones that are fresh or sitting for a good while. Fries were ok. Service were good.

Food is good but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when chaos is surrounding you. One girl behind the counter was acting in such a manner that you would imagine she was in the comfort of her own home. Yelling and being super LOUD! Not the typical behavior I’m use to seeing at establishments here in Mustang. Just down right disrespectful behavior. Kimberly (or Riley- what ever her name is… Kimberly’s name is on the receipt 5/9/23 @8:40 who ever was running the register) acts like she HATES her job and the customers are a nuisance. I heard her talking to her coworkers friendly, so I know it’s in her to be decent.
Why is there no ketchup out for the customers? I have to keep returning to the counter for unwelcoming assistance!!! Thank God I can get my own drink! No wonder there are no more locations open.
Oh and 2 minutes after 9 here is a picture of your restaurant while we were finishing up and about to leave. I went out to my car to finish my dinner. Got tired of hearing snide remarks about closing. Clearly your employees do not value their job and have no fear of repercussions.

This zaxbys is trifling. The chicken strips are always tiny. Doesn’t matter how many you order in your meal, they’re gonna try to give you fewer (don’t order delivery and if you drive thru check your box before leaving) They give you maybe 10 French fries. This is not an isolated incident. This is every time I go here. The chick-fil-a being built across the street will definitely be putting them out of business soon with these bad practices. It’s a shame… Zaxbys used to be good.
