While using the APP, I ordered a Regular Sausage Breakfast Burrito and paid $4.29. I also ordered a Route 44 drink with “Easy Ice”. The burrito was as small as most Junior Breakfast burritos that I get at other Sonics. I tried to attach a photo but kept getting an error. Also, my drink cup was completely filled with ice and not “Easy Ice” as I had requested. Also, I requested 4 Picante sauce packets and only received 2. But, I evidently didn’t need 4 due to the size of the burrito that I received. I’ve been told by some friends in the past that live around McCrory not to patronize this particular Sonic because it’s not good but I was on my way to work and thought I would grab something quick. I buzzed in to voice my dissatisfaction to someone about what I had received (which I rarely do) and basically received an “I’m sorry and to have a great day.” Basically all that Sonics are good for are half priced drinks and that’s all I’ll be getting from now on because their food is NOT worth the price.

Sundaes come in one size. But this visit resulted in the smallest sundae I’ve seen for $2.69. Opted for no whipped topping per usual and only received about half of a normal sundae amount.

I came up there today at 3 and ordered a Oreo blast which shouldn’t be called a blast it was a cup of ice cream with some Oreos on the very top of it that was it then I ordered my son two corn dogs with ketchup both corn dogs weren’t burnt and he didn’t get his ketchup

My #11 didn’t come with gravy or the onion ring and the strips were tiny!! And just look at this!! I thought It was a roach at first. Whatever it is, huge turn off…Hi-C taste a little off too. Do better.

I ordered a number 2 the triple smash burger. The lady who took the order rang it up as a number 3 cheeseburger. The car hop came out took the burger that was wrong (which was fine because its not what i ordered) and then 3-4 different employees came out lookint like who done it. It took us 20 minutes to recieve the right food but was asked to pay the balance of a dollar and some change which was not a big deal but the mindset of the employees and whatever sorry excuse of a manager there is on staff at the time of the so called service needs to be fired immediately. I don’t have the issue of stopping by this location again because it was on a road trip but these people are awful. What happened to the customer is always right? They took the whole 20 minutes to try to figure out what stall I was in and where the receipt was instead of just making the food maybe if they put the time in to making sure customers were happy. Then making sure they covered their own butts maybe just maybe this place would thrive being the only restraunt next to a gas station. Also one of the ladies was walking away was waving her hands around and yelling while I myself had children in the car and whoever there possibly had children in the car.

We order 2 steak Sandwiches with 1 medium tater tot and 1 medium chocolate milkshake and 1 medium strawberry milkshake. Instead of medium milkshakes they give us what look like 2 small ones. And yet we get charged for 2 medium

We got there over 30 minutes before close we ordered and our food took around 20 minutes to get to us. They then turned off the lights. Problem is we didn’t receive part of our order so I clicked the button they said they would bring out the missing item 10 minutes later I clicked and she immediately said we’re closed and shut the speaker off I hit the button again for it to not even be answered and shut off I hit it again and finally someone answered and was just like we’re closed so I quickly said I didn’t receive my order I was waiting on! She had no clue what I was talking about it finally got brought out for the girl to have an awful attitude. The chicken strips were still cold. At this point I gave up and just left. I will never go to this location again.
