I ordered a medium fry. I expect when I order a medium fry that it should be all the way full, not half way. This is a sad excuse for a medium fry, and the employees did nothing to compensate me, Shawn shrugged me off. Blake was running the fries and gave me a very sad excuse for a medium fry. I am far from satisfied and this restaurant has truly gone downhill in the past years. Do better, it’s not that hard to work fast food. I have worked here in the past and I know the employees can do better.

Always rude at the window everytime I come here it never fails, I’ve seen grown men workers digging in the fries no gloves. Not to mention I went there today and all I wanted was a mcchicken and I opened up the wrapper to it looking like this, I cleaned it up then took a few bites and Relised half the mayo wasn’t even on the sandwich. I’ve worked fast food it’s not that hard this issue needs to be fixed.

Me and my boyfriend came to eat here as a quick little meal and among eating here the service was terrible. The woman had an attitude and walked past us when we walked to the counter at least 3 times. When she did acknowledge us she rolled her eyes and said “What. What do you want” we proceeded to tell her she messed up the drinks on our order and she said “So what do you want another one?” When we said yes she did it but with an attitude. The food was FULL of lettuce and onions when we clearly stated we wanted “light” everything not HEAVY. The place was also dirty. Every table was messy. Definitely will be going to a different McDonald’s next time.

I order a happy meal with 4 chicken nuggets, a medium fry, apple juice, and of course the toys for my daughter. The attitude really killed the positive aspect of ordering food, as we received our service in the drive through. A few minutes later, when we got home, my daughter told me that her nuggets did not taste like chicken. She was right as I tried one myself. I didn’t know what to think. Our overpriced cheap tasting nuggets tasted completely different than normal. Do better Mc Donald’s, just do better.

Been to this mcdonald’s 6 or 7 times. Still have yet to get my correct order. Then to go in and get the rest of my food, only to catch attitude from staff likes its my fault they messed up. Foods very 50/50. Its either hot and fresh or ice cold and stale. No in between. Would almost rather drive to Willmar or Hutch just so I can get a half decent meal from a mcdonald’s.

Waited 20 minutes for a $5 meal. The food was cold andissing items. Like how did I wait 20 monitors to be missing food and its cold.
I watched 3 people return for wrong orders and missing food.
The manager was aggressively yelling at the employees in front of customers.
The manager had an customers order that was sitting at a table and while she was looking for the customer she was screaming at the top of her lungs. When she couldn’t find the customer she left the drinks sitting on the counter and yelled “whoever drinks these you’ll find them sitting over here” and walked off.
This location is terrible!

Since this McDonald’s switched owners, in my opinion it has drastically gone downhill.
Pete and Ros kept it clean, their food was made properly, as a past employee, with them being very particular with how things ran, made for a good fast food restaurant.
Today, is the 2nd time I’ve visited this week. Both visits, I ordered different sandwiches. Both times my sandwiches were made in a messy way. Today, I opened my Big Mac to push the lettuce back in and when I opened it, the meat patty was broken in half and missing a huge chunk.
Litchfield is limited in fast food. Decent fast food.
And now, that list is becoming very little.

Drove 25 miles in snow to find out they stopped serving breakfast early. Well they won’t see any kinda $ from me. They are rude and when ?Ed about times. They pushed it off to someone else. And end of story

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered the breakfast burritos and 1 of them had absolutely nothing in it but melted cheese. Cold on top of that. McDonald’s raised the prices but not the quality or service. Will never order here again. Save your money and drive on.
