Terrible service, cant make specialty drinks, made 1 fine, 2 wrong, then made two more wrong, while arguing they were right while im drinking them. Every chicken strip box has tiny shriveled tenders. My burger is cold.
Staff was rude, and incompetent.
I stayed polite, but they really made me want to go off. No one likes being treated badly and I’m no exception.
Will be for the first time in my life requesting a full refund on my family’s meal.

I want to start with the Staff, they are great and I have no issues there. But the last 2 times we have ate at the DQ Beaverdam. The drinks were awful , they tasted like to much carbonation liquid was in the mix , the drinks were virtually undrinkable. Youall need to do calibrations a lot more often. We got Coke Zero. In the lobby. Yuuuuuk. And then had the counter make our drinks. They were better. But still off on the carbonation. Please calibrate your machines.

The girl at the drive through didn’t have the speaker turned on so she could hear customers talking and yelling because she never answered. Then got an attitude when I told her that I pulled forward because she wouldn’t answer me. Said she didn’t hear me so I couldn’t have been yelling to get her to get her attention. After I pulled up to the window it was 4 minutes before anyone opened the window and then say I was lying. Doesn’t seem the girl likes her job and if she is not happy with her job make she should find someone where she doesn’t have to be around the public. Got to Dairy Queen @ 5:58am and finally got our breakfast @ 6:34 am one person in front of us. No customers eating inside. Wont be returning. Should get a gift card for horrible service

I ordered a large brownie batter blizzard and a large cotton candy one. We got mediums in large cups and our blizzards weren’t blended up. Mine turned into medium sized chocolate ice cream and a few pieces of cookie dough. They’re too expensive to not get what u paid for.

I’m a truck driver and I had the chance to get a quick bite to eat with my family before my next load (I live local) Bought our food which was a good experience but then went to get ice cream and waited 30 minutes and never received them. The kids there were too busy talking amongst themselves to actually do their jobs. 5 minutes after I ordered our ice cream a group of 4 teens came in and ordered ice cream as well and they immediately got theirs. I went to ask for a refund and was told they already made the ice cream but It must have been given to the wrong customer….my family was the only customers in the restaurant before the teens came in and there was no one in the drive through….the teen at the counter tried to say she couldn’t issue a refund that she would just remake them but I explained I was already late getting back to work and just wanted the money back and leave….please correct this and at least put an adult there as a manager to help out instead of just having all high school kids on a shift

Ordered dinner for the family. After getting home, the backyard bacon ranch burger was missing everything except for the meat, bacon and cheese. The two crispy chicken salads was half full as well as the ranch cup provided for the salad.

I would literally give 0 stars if it would let me. It takes forever to get waited on. It takes forever to get your food once waited on. Even on the mobile to go orders it takes w0 plus minutes over what they estimate. After reading other reviews I see this is an ongoing problem. Horrible management. You’d think their regional office would do something about it. Sad, sad, sad.
