Didn’t read the reviews until after I was in there and ordered. So I was a little worried! The cashier was super nice, the food was great. It could’ve been wiped better, for some reason thing’s seemed a little sticky. Counter, door handle and table.

If I could leave them a 0 I would, Order thru Uber Eats. Waited more than a hour and 45 minutes before they contacted me to let me know they were out of wings. The whole time they had inform me thru app that they had completed the order and was on the way to me. I asked why couldn’t you have told me as soon as you knew you couldn’t fulfill the order so we could find another option. 2 hours prior . This isn’t the first time , prior to this event they keep clicking the phone multiple times . When I arrived to order I saw that they purposely cancel calls to not take order and there wasn’t even no one there. Addressed it with the manager and he simply gave excuses and didn’t care . Make no sense .

I asked the cashier that took my order to have the cook to prepare my food tender and not overcooked. It was overcooked, dry and hard to eat chicken wings. I was told it would be 20 minutes to prepare my order and I asked them for a courtesy drink while I waited and was denied a drink. ” We don’t do that here”. I was told. I got my order in 10 minutes, should have known that my order was not delivered to me correctly.

If I could I would give 0 stars! One girl on her phone at the register then rude and raised her voice at me when a drink carrier was requested. The other girl when asked to get a cup was rude and dismissive. Then over charged for sauce and completely missing a large ranch. They need to overhaul their staff immediately! These girls should not be working upfront. Educate on customer service.

Worst wing stop ever. Check out the fries they gave us, we had three orders of fries and they were all just pieces. Not one whole fry in there. Chicken over cooked and hard. Fries are also soggy. Who knows how long my order had been sitting on the shelf. Don’t waste your money here.
