The owner is very friendly and has great hospitality! I love halal food and this met my expectations! I got the Double Onion Burger and it’s very flavorful. Make sure you ask for the secret sauce on the side for the fries. Priced very fairly as well given it’s a food truck. Will be back soon!

Hands down one of the best food trailers in Plano. Amazing Oklahoma style onion smash burgers made with premium ground beef. The onions are cooked so well they melt right into the patty — you don’t even taste them separately, just incredible flavor. The secret sauce is absolutely delicious.
We ate the burgers immediately — no time for photos because they were THAT good. I also ordered the loaded fries, fresh and packed with flavor, also ate them quick.
The food trailer is very clean, and the owner is super kind and welcoming. This is a new food trailer at Coit & Parker in Plano, and I truly wish them success. With food this good, I hope they open a bigger location soon.

It totally lived up to the hype. Even my wife, who usually can’t stand raw onions, actually loved it. The way they’re grilled down into the meat gives it this amazing deep flavor
