This place is incredible! The bowls are huge!! I really didn’t expect how big the large was going to be, and the prices are very reasonable (the photo of our bowls was taken after we already had eaten a lot and it looked like we barely ate). The staff is so friendly. Definitely recommend this place. We were just passing through on our travels and are so happy we stopped here to eat. We will definitely have this restaurant on our itinerary every time we visit Colorado. Thank you!!

It took 45+ minutes.
They got our order wrong; ordered a large steak, flank, brisket pho and instead of telling us they ran out of flank and brisket, they gave us steak and tripe and didn’t give us a large amount of broth.
Then when I bit into my seafood pho, I had a string of either dental floss or some sort of string from a bag of onions or something.
Absolutely VILE.
Never again.

We are here this week and the pho rivals our favorite ones in SoCal that we love. It was great! We had the medium bowl shrimp pho and the large bowl grilled chicken pho both with beef broth. The shrimp were large and plentiful and cooked perfectly. The grilled chicken wasn’t on the menu but they made it anyway! The flavors and toppings were plentiful and the server was friendly and efficient. We will be back again and again!
