We generally have a good experience here, but not today. Chicken was very dry and very hard to eat. We modified our sandwiches, but they still came topped the way they come on the menu. Fries all seem old. Last time we came thru, we had phenomenal customer service. Today, the girl seemed like she was forced to be here. Its very disappointing to have a $30 meal and have most of it thrown away.

Went in for the usual burger fries and shake. I’ll make this clear from the start Freddy’s is/was awesome.
I wont be back after tonight. The shakes are 9.00 Fine. I don’t mind that. We get our food the young lady in the window hands us the shake while shes running the payment I try the shake. It is liquid. I say hey my shake is melted already can I get another. She says yes in a very fake and kind voice and then proceeds to roll her eyes and shake her head with a ton of additude. Then the other employees all stared at us like we were the bad guys. Get the shake (from someone else as making a shake was much to hard for her) back with a new straw in it like she mixed somthing in there (normally they hand you a straw in paper still) Guess there’s a reason you all work there and make minimum wage. Ill take my hard earned real big boy money else where. Bye Freddys!! Didn’t drink that shake either.

Normally don’t leave reviews but your drive thru lady struck a cord with me. The stark difference in customer service between her and the gentleman in front of me and her customer service with me was shocking and confusing. How is she so talkative and nice to the guy in front of me but as soon as I pull up to pay she takes a look at me and suddenly she’s mute and looking at me with a face of disapproval/disgust. How things are now I wouldn’t be surprised if this was influenced from personal beliefs outside of work, but bringing those beliefs to work is absolutely crazy. Even more so when dealing with customers face to face.

Drive-thru, the girl wouldn’t stop talking long enough for me to say anything and when she did I’d have to repeat myself at least twice and then at one point she tried to get pissy with me. No child should be speaking to anyone that way.
The big tall guy at the window had ZERO personality and never even spoke. Then when he handed me the bag he flung it at me.
The fries are absolutely terrible.
They were cold and hard and just terrible. The burger was mediocre.
It was some kind of mushroom Swiss thing.
Freddie’s is just a mediocre version of Steak & Shake at best.
I won’t be going back.

The food was amazing our order was done in a timely fashion. Less then $25 for 2 meals I would highly recommend people giving it a shot. And it didn’t taste like it was rushed to get done.

Usually love this place, fast and delicious even though it is a bit pricey I still would try to eat there once a month, BUT I do not think i will be going back. Found a pubic hair wrapped around my bacon first bite of my chicken sandwich. Wasted $14 couldnt eat anything after that. Immediately called the store talked to a manager that I think wasnin training(she didnt know what to do) she took my number and name. I got a call back ndxt day manger explained that she would send my complaint to the head office and i should receive an email. That was over a week n half ago…still no email!!!!! I even called talk to same manager and she said she would send another message….and still NOTHING!!!!! Very disappointing

Parking was sufficient and handicap accessible. Store was clean and well stocked with condiments and napkins. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drink station could be far better, loose lids everywhere. No, no I do not like putting a lid on my drink that’s been fingered by several people before me. My food was pretty good. The #1 I ordered was up quickly, cooked correctly and was hot. My main observation here is my burger patties were so thin I could almost see through them. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The dining area was also clean. We spent about 20 dollars (two of us) for lunch which isn’t bad today. We spent 40 dollars for lunch at 5 guys. I won’t be going to 5 guys anymore and I’ll certainly give Freddie’s another chance.

I came in the other day and my cashier was so kind! I was having card issues and she was very patient with me. She was wearing a red bow. Very sweet girl! More cashiers should be like her. Also the pumpkin pie concrete was delicious!
