The second i walked up I was greeted with a wonderful smile and a great attitude. The sweet woman working the window made my day. The tacos were absolutely AMAZING. I can’t stress enough how much I loved everything. We got the quesobirria tacos and the consumme was PIPING hot even after my 10 mins drive. Full of so much flavor I literally drank the rest of my cup after I finished my tacos. As much as I’d like to keep this place to myself they deserve every single person that comes through. My food tasted so good and fresh it felt like someone made it FOR me. Not just to push out food for money. But true authentic, passion made, delicious food. I can’t complement them enough. So much love!!

My first time here. Volcan con birria is a must try. Perhaps try that before ordering more. You might want more of that. Torta was good. Hot sauce and salsas were bomb. Service was A+. Be prepared to wait 20 min for your to order made stuff. Eat it ASAP so you get all the crunch. Don’t take it on a long drive. The peanut extra hot salsa is unreal. And the hot sauce they have on the truck. Just ask. I can’t wait to try papabirria (baked potatoes w birria)!

Oh my god, by far, this is the best hidden gem and place to get quesabirria tacos. My wife and I usually go here at least a few times a month and this is THE place for fresh, steaming, flavorful consommé and delicious tacos. Can’t get enough of the wonderful things coming out of here. Never change!

This is a taco stand setup in a parking lot off 80th and Federal (behind the gas station). The food is delicious and made to order. I have not had better birria meat in Denver yet. The customer service matches the food as well. If you are in the area, you need to stop by and try it. You will not regret it!
