One of the best ramen spots I’ve ever been to! A must-try for ramen lovers. I had their vegan ramen with miso broth and really enjoyed it. I also liked their “make your own ramen” style ordering system — it’s fun and customizable.

Lunch was delicious and super filling! We had to take half of it home as the portions were so generous. The kimchi fried rice was more than I could have imagined yummy wise. My toddler demolished a whole appetizer of edamame and plenty of the rice and ramen. Definitely looking forward to going back

This ramen was top notch. Mouth watering delicious. I got the birria that was on special, and wow, yea I will be going back plenty more times. Service was quick and attentive.

There was a 20-25 minute wait on a Friday evening. The staff was polite and kept us informed with seating arrangement updates.
The seating area is a bit small so that justified the wait time.
The vegan ramen broth was very flavorful. Hot sake was a kept us warm on a very cold night in Santa Fe.
Japanese chicken wings were tasty too.
We also ordered the special izakaya appetizer which was fried sticky rice. Interesting but wasn’t that good. It was served with wasabi crunch on the side but still lacked flavor.

Pros: exemplary service, superb food, reasonable prices.
Cons: none
We had a great lunch here and couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision. We were promptly greeted and seated, our server had just the right level of attentiveness. Our food was served fairly quickly and the food was delicious. The broth was rich, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the meat was tender and complimentary and the seasoned egg was a lovely touch. The owner came out to check with us and make sure we enjoyed our meal. Thank you for such great service.

The black tonkatsu broth is incredible! The curry Ramen was less complex but alright. The green chile shrimp appetizer was great. I just wish the shell was removed from the tail. The edamame had no flavor whatsoever. We did not try dessert. I will go back to try many more entrees. Service was strange in an ambivalent kind of way. The music was hip-hop urban. So it’s definitely unique in there. Big parking lot but it felt tight. It’s located on Cerrillos rd near the St. Michael’s intersection.

Great food, truly haven’t found a ramen place like this before. I’m a big tonkotsu fan and something about their broth is so wholesome and nourishing. I truly try to stop every time I’m in Santa Fe.
Be careful with the karaage, both times it wasn’t fully cooked and gave me issues. Additionally they have taken to shrinkflation and have reduced the meats that come with the item so keep in mind whether or not it may be worth it to sub your broth in a different ramen to get your money’s worth. The place is also really dusty in that no central ac way but the food is always pristine.

Great local spot that serves genuine Ramen for a very good price. Ive had the ramen in different places in town and this is the most accurate. I appreciate the menu is not big, which in turn they do a great job in quality so they focus on the food and not a thousand items. Big menus are not a great thing imo, you can’t keep many items fresh. Truly a great local spot!

What a surprise to find really authentic Japanese ramen here. Both Tonkotsu and Shoyu broth are cooked to perfection. Tonkotsu broth was milky but not heavy, Shoyu broth was light and savory. The noodle was just chewy enough and the chashu pork was tender. Honestly, it beats most of the Japanese ramen shops in coastal cities.
