First time here to grab a quick to go food. I ordered chicken tikka and lamb briyani. Both turned out to be really good. Little pricey but no complaints as it is so close to my house. Glad something good and healthy opened in ridge plaza. Thanks for taking this initiative.. will be back to try their bowls and salads..all the best for the future

Pity this place is easy to go unnoticed, coz the food is top class !
Must try the falafel chaat – layer of falafel topped with layer of tangy chickpeas and garnished with toppings (onions, mint chutney, etc.)
The indian chicken bowl is cheap for the huge filling quantity it offers, with generous portion of rice, curry and vegetables.
The chicken tikka is a tad pricey imho but the portion size is huge enough to fill 1+½ person.
The small crowd this place gets due to limited advertisement is really unfair to its actual food quality. Let’s make this famous !

They had been closed for a while but I was ecstatic to find they reopened not long ago!

Food is top notch! I always get the Mediterranean bowl myself but had some friends over recently and we had a lot of the Indian food and everybody loved it.

The food is excellent, always prepared quickly, and the owner is very nice. 10/10 recommend this place.

Great local spot for grabbing high quality espresso-based coffees! The inside of the cafe has classy material selection, a uniquely designed shape, and lots of floor to ceiling windows. Pricing is fair, and the food menu is HUGE (you could easily grab lunch or dinner here for several days in a row and never have similar meals). Overall, this cafe is a diamond in the rough, and it’s shaping up to be my new favorite spot to grab a coffee and work in the afternoons. Check it out — you’ll be glad you did.

I really am so happy this place exists. They cook their food so incredibly fresh. If you are looking for delicious Indian food flavors or Mediterranean food this is a great place. Also has a cute patio to eat outside. Service is always friendly. Ice cream, coffee and smoothies seem like good options here too. I really enjoy getting the Chicken Tikka and Naan. Flavorful and fresh.

I have been back several times since they opened. Everything I tried was delicious, fresh and was served in good quantity. I liked the food fusion concept that brings out very good flavour to the dishes they have. They have all Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, Indian fusion with healthy options. Service is friendly and have good ambience. I also liked the eco friendly food containers, they serve in. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was there just yesterday for lunch. I had the Chicken Tika lunch bowl and it was warm, fresh and full of chicken and veggies. It was a good portion for a lunch special (have to ask as not on the menu board). I’ve also had the Illy coffee and they make a good mocha in the morning. It’s convenient, clean and serves good, fresh food. I’ll definitely go back.

I looked at their menu on Google Maps and was pretty impressed. I called ahead to confirm they are open for dine-in. I was confirmed they have outdoor dine-in open and would allow indoor seating for 2 people.

They have a small, but diverse, selections of food. We ordered the following.

Indian bowl with chicken and rice: The flavor was pretty good. However, the meat tasted pretty old.

Chicken biryani: There were very few pieces of meat. Compared with biryanis from any other Indian restaurants, they should’ve at least doubled the amount of meet. This was also probably the least flavorful biryani I’ve ever tried. The meat pieces tasted pretty old. However, the raita was excellent.

Latte and Cappuccino: Tasted mostly watery. After few sips we had to throw away the drinks. Once we left this place, we ended up going to Starbucks to get proper Latte and Cappuccino.

We ordered the main dishes first and was told it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare the food. So, we decided to order the drinks also and requested they provide food/drink as it is completed. Unfortunately, everything was given at the same time when I went to the counter after waiting for 15 minutes or so. I didn’t expect it’d take them 15 minutes to prepare two drinks. Now, I have drinks getting cold while I eat the main dish. Very disappointing service there.

In case you’re wondering, they don’t serve food. Everything is packaged for to-go and you’ll need to pick it up from the counter. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but I thought I should mention incase anyone expects to be served.

Outdoor tables and chairs were all over the place. There were bird bio waste on most of the tables and chairs. I was able to find a pair of chair and table which I wiped the dust off, so I could seat down and eat with my partner. Indoor is also a mess. Overall, this place is not a clean place to enjoy a meal/drinks.

Once we were done eating, I put everything in the bag they came in and placed on top of the trash can that was inside the building. The trash can opening was faced to the wall side. Hence, I couldn’t place the trash in the can. Surprisingly, there were no trash cans outside despite of outdoor seating.

Given my experience at this cafe/grill, I am astonished with the Google reviews on this place.

After leaving Google review, I received 3-4 phone calls from the store. It was a male. Probably the owner. I couldn’t believe a store would call me because I gave 1-star review. This was totally unacceptable. He even left me a voicemail, accusing me that I was probably from one of his competitors and had the audacity of telling me not to ever go there. I wish Google Reviews would give me the option to upload the voicemail. This type of behavior perhaps intimidates people (he may know) to write a positive Google review for his business in the fear of repercussions.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone with any self respect to eat from this place. There are many excellent cafes in the area including Red Dot, Sweetwater, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Novi Cafe, and Tuscan Cafe to name only few. There are excellent options for also Indian and Mediterranean restaurants in the area as well.

Support your local business! Stone House is a cafe and grill with a wide menu. I went in for an espresso drink and they are priced very well. The quality of their coffee is as good as Starbucks or Coffee Bean and not expensive.

No dine in yet, but I was told that customers can eat outside in their dining area + free wifi too.

Fantastic food and great customer service

I ordered lamb biryani on grubhub. They were out and offered chicken instead, which was no problem. They sent an entire extra order! Unexpected, unnecessary, and entirely appreciated!!!

The chicken biryani was fantastic, btw, as has been everything I’ve gotten from there. Also, if you ever have a better samosa anywhere, let me know!
