I really wanted to like this, remembering from the mall days. I did order later in the evening. Some of it was cold, probably been sitting around.
Dumplings were just okay. No sauce came with them.
Sushi…ordered a California roll. Little skeptical when it arrived. Didn’t get my yum yum sauce.
Chicken egg roll was cold, tasteless. Definitely not house made. Sat around for awhile.
Chicken teriyaki is nothing I remember. The chicken pieces are a little weird. Also, some pieces rubbery.
You’d never know it was fried rice. They topped the meat and sauce all over it, veggies too. So it’s mushy rice with peas and carrots.
Did get a cold diet coke.
Don’t expect anything but average. Definitely disappointed!!

Me, my grandma and grandmas my friend came to get some good chicken, and it was good. Everything was wrong with the portions. My grandma asked for vegetables she didn’t get any until she talked to the lady taking orders, after we sat down to enjoy the food. My grandmas friend asked for vegetables and they barely gave her any rice or chicken. I asked for chicken and rice and I barely got any teriyaki sauce. After seeing my grandmas friend eating a big plate full of vegetables I went up to see if they were willing to at least give my grandmas friend more chicken. Mind you she got the normal sized big plate me and my grandma got the small kid plates. It seems like they didn’t want to accept any wrong doing claiming those are their portions and they were trained to do as such. I’m only leaving a review because I know what she had to eat was very wrong of them!! And the customer service they provided was terrible. I spoke to a female. She was proud to say the manager will know her side of the story so here’s ours. Thank you to the man who gave me the cup of teriyaki sauce and 2 eggsrolls. My grandmas friend was very nice to eat a plate that cost more than 16 dollars and didn’t come with enough protein to eat with her small portion of rice or huge portion of vegetables I hope they didn’t discriminate anyways god bless

ordered food from this location and picked it up. There was a metal staple on top of the food, which I removed. After checking and not seeing anything else, I took a bite and bit down on another metal staple hidden in the food.
This chipped the bottom of my tooth and split it down the middle, causing significant pain. I have Pictures of the staples but i won’t add the one with my chewed food.

I decided to grab some takeout from here the night before Easter because they were one of the only places that were still open and I’m thankful I did because they did not disappoint. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp with white rice and a side of tempura shrimp. Since they were getting close to closing time and needed to get rid of some fresh food items, they decided to pile extra quantities of the items I ordered my boxes and I ended up leaving with 2-3 days worth of dinner! This was totally unexpected, but deeply appreciated! Not to mention, everything was still super fresh and flavorful, even right before closing time. I definitely will be back again soon.

One time this was last year I placed an online order with Uber and right after I placed the order, I realized I double tipped and delivery so I canceled the order right away right away. The next minute I placed the order it was canceled yet the store of the great Northern mall North Olmsted would not refund my money and also I did not get the food . I’m talking about two orders of chicken teriyaki double meat, fried rice and vegetables Next days I tried to call the main office. There was no answer. I made a complaint with Uber and PayPal and still no money back so for the reason, yes I am really frustrated. You have good food but there’s some things you know it cannot just be let go just because everything goes through Online so you are not humans anymore? talking to each other and solve problems?. Shame on you Sarku Japan.

This was disgusting . The place smelt like sewage. Dirty as hell. Paid $30 for 2 small combos and the shrimp was undercooked and tasted horrible. Ever since they left the mall they fell off but never this bad. Terrible don’t go there.

Went to this location last thursday and the food was off. Everyone has a bad day so I went in again today (thursday) and the food was even worse than last week. Also, there was a really bad smell near the fountain drink machine. It smelled like a dirty restroom. Im not sure what happened to this location, but you just lost a customer.

There is this woman doesnt barley speak english. Everytime i order from here my sushi is in a small pieces then what they are suppose to be. Payong alot of my on the sushi and i get crap. Like this is the half the size of what i get. Im not coming here if she is there or need to train her the right way for making sushi.

It’s not hardcore genuine Japanese food, but for $11 bucks, their bento boxes make a great meal that is a mix of warm and savory with light and refreshing. The staff is entirely Hispanic, and no disrespect, they do fine work, but I’ve had more authentic sushi at other places. Don’t go expecting REAL sushi.
