Love Roberto’s tacos since I moved to Nevada. Clean place but rude service. I asked what was inside a California burrito, she practically yelled at me and said all the items and I asked her what type of meat and she literally repeated the ingredients is again and I asked her again what type of meat goes in a California and she literally on the top of her voice, it’s carne asada!!!!! First off, I’m not a child second off that is not how you talk to a customer and third I will not be going to this location until they figure out how to deal with properly speaking to customers when they ask what the ingredients is our specifically.

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Evelyn for always being super kind and always providing excellent customer service.
As a customer, I order from drive through at Roberto’s which is why I wanted to acknowledge Evelyn as an amazing employee. I always order 4 chicken tacos with a large drink which is fairly priced and fills up my belly very nicely! The tacos are delicious and the meal comes with 4 sauces: 2 hot and 2 mild.
I appreciate people who are great at their job and always have a smile on their face. Makes my experience so much better. Thank you to everyone at Roberto’s for always taking care of my order and getting it right every time
Keep up the great work!

Well, this Roberto’s does not do okay at all this day. I ordered a breakfast burrito and ordered the burrito with potato only and the egg on the side. They gave me the egg on the side but the burrito was made with uncooked potatoes. They were even cold, like right from the refrigerator. Not ridiculous. I said just cook up the two together but he just cooked the potatoes and never gave me the egg on the next burrito, not even on the side. This is Roberto’s way? I suspect only the cook’s way. Too bad, I probably eat at Roberto’s at least four times a week and this was really unacceptable today.

Well.. it’s Roberto’s…
We allllll LOVE the tastes, etc.
I was warmly welcomed by the young man on duty now at 2pm/Monday the 20th. (Asked me, how has my day been going?)
Took my order.
Left him a tip.
He was sweetly surprised and appreciative.
Gave me my order, and said to enjoy.
He was cleaning the place, top-to-bottom.
He was sweeping, wiping, mopping.
Food was perfectly prepared.
The cook made, lightly Scrambled eggs, NOT BURNT!!!
I always get a Breakfast Burrito with eggs/cheese/potato/pico!!!
Go, it’s a nice location

This place practically keeps me alive, but I’m sick of the inconsistency. Its your standard to put 2 cups of each salsa with your delivery orders. I woke up, decided to order and you brought me dry fries with no sauce. It’s agitating that I have to get up and drive there myself just to ensure I have the salsa I am owed. Scooping the sauce takes about a minute. I will not be ordering delivery from here again as its not worth the inconvenience of them not providing sauce 50% of the time.

So I asked for specific ingredients in my burrito, and the cook decided I needed tomato even though I am allergic after calling twice a female answered and told me I had the wrong location then I get the receipt and dial the same number I just called to be passed around and then get asked can I come back because the cook would not admit to adding tomatoes even though I have pictures of both food and receipt…smh, I don’t care that you are the closest location to me I will no longer give you 50 plus dollars every time I come through your drive-thru for you to not give me what I asked for I mean I am spending my money…I didn’t buy a burrito to have an allergic reaction because you put tomatoes. Lost a customer

I’d give it no stars if I could. What a joke of a bunch of garbage food that took forever and prices ridiculous, I wait 25 minutes to have my $5 taco fall through the shell, and then pay $8 for chips and guac, which I assumed was guac with some chips to dip, instead was a bunch of chips in a to go container with what looks like liquid avocado smeared on the top of the pile of chips with some cheese thrown on top with some burnt French fry tossed in. I really wouldn’t have been that upset if I didn’t just pay $20 for this dumpster fire. Whoever your franchise owner is should be ashamed, and clearly has never eaten the garbage they call food.

Got a California burrito and a chicken torta, the chicken torta tasted old, the bread was really soggy, almost like if they dipped it in water. The California burrito has some other bell pepper stuff in it that I never seen before, but all of a sudden this burrito has it? Threw off the California burrito, disgusting, and the tortilla was burnt. Whoever was the cook on October 23rd around 9 AM, used old ingredients that now my stomach is hurting and I need to throw up

Tortillas were raw. Everything inside my breakfast burrito was burnt. My baby couldn’t chew any of the sausage and everything tasted old. Never again
