Was at Pizza Hut on Weathersby Dr at 10:50 am. Signage on door says they open at 10:00 am. They were closed. Several people stopped by but couldn’t get in the restaurant. At 11:00 they unlocked the door and were open for business. Buffet is from 11:00 to 1:30. Buffet was well stocked at first…but quickly emptied out. They were slow restocking the buffet. You pay upon entering the restaurant for your meal. Cashier gives you a glass and you’re on your own from there! Cashier threw our receipt away …never asked us if we wanted it. Changing out signage on door could give you several more customers…just saying!! Pizza was hot and fresh since we were there when they opened the door!

Wife and I came into an empty restaurant around 7pm. We were told we could sit anywhere… we chose our seat. Order was taken by employee at our table for a large pan supreme and two drinks.
We waited for our glasses but ended up going up to the counter to retrieve them from the cashier.
Pizza arrived in 10 minutes perfectly cooked. Browned nicely.
However, it was absolutely tasteless & bland. Sadly, it fell short & completely forgettable.
The sweet tea was perfectly sweetened.
Diet Pepsi was out.
We were never offered plates or utensils.
When actually thought it was quite funny and kept thinking we were getting “punk’d” .
We aren’t difficult people, thus being generous on the review.
Our first time visiting this location. Most likely will be the final visit as well.

Four complaints in one day for this one. One, it says 10am-12am on the door but I was told they don’t open until 11. I would have appreciated coming inside instead of the drive-thru because my window is non-operational. Two, this is the second time I have selected a tea as my beverage and was told they simply just do not have it. It needs to be removed as an option for online users. Period. Three, my pizza was made wrong. I selected pork as my topping and was given sausage. Instead of just leaving the order open for interpretation, make it how it is ordered or inform the customer when they come to pick it up. I would have happily selected a different pizza topping or just opted out instead of wasting my money. This was a prime example of lazy workers not doing their job properly. Pizza Hut can do better. Also, when I called back to inform them of their mistakes, I was placed on hold for an unprofessional amount of time. I say this due to their being little to no customers there. What is going on with the work ethic nowadays, do people just not care about their job anymore? I want a refund for my entire order and I will not be using Pizza Hut at this location anymore, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The pizza was disgusting and honestly a big disappointment, so much so, I threw it away.

Do better Pizza Hut. Went there for the buffet at lunch. The doors opened at 11:00 and NOTHING was ready, It’s almost like the staff gets there at the same time the customers do. There were a lot of people in there just sitting around waiting to eat. We even had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come out and fill up the ice machine for the drinks that were by the way not ready either. $30 for 2 people to eat the buffet and for what? I certainly don’t blame the Pizza Hut company, I blame the staff for NOT being on top of their game. This will be the LAST time I ever step foot in this restaurant. Pizza Hut is going down due to poor staff… R.I.P. Pizza Hut!

Worst pizza ever. The website showed pizza was ready for pick up. But when we get there we had to wait 15 minutes. Which would be ok if we got a pizza which was edible. The pizza was under cooked. Raw dough was visible on the back of the pizza(as seen in the pictures). Chicken was barely cooked.

Horrible customer experience from point of entry. Was looked over to accommodate people behind me who already had call in orders. Order was prepared with old doe thats was overly proof. poor meat. Order consists of pizza and wings no ranch. Asked for bar ranch was told no because it’s for salad.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love pizza. But the buffet is lacking in options. They only bring out 2 maybe 3 different types of pizza and the cinnamon sticks need icing. I don’t know anything about the salad bar, I never even looked it’s direction…
