What a chill little gluten free spot! I love that this place isn’t insanely priced and is very casual. I’m so tired of paying so much for celiac safe food.
We ate here before a wedding at the Westwood and it was perfect! USK is mostly a takeaway business but they do have 4 barstools to sit at.
We got the Hot Honey Bites and the Meatballs. The bites were good but the meatballs were fantastic!!! Anytime I’m in the area now I’ll go back to get the meatballs.

Skippy’s isn’t “good for gluten free,” it’s good AND gluten free. The food is fresh, flavorful and high-quality. Where else can you get a gluten-free meatball sub?! Best of all: the owner & chef, James, is super knowledgeable about gluten-free food because he had to learn how to provide safe food for a celiac family member. Note that it’s more of a takeout spot than a dine-in place. Love this local business.

My first time coming here and it did not disappoint. The owner was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Knowing there is someone where safe to eat without risks of cross contamination and getting sick is amazing. The food was 1000/10 and didn’t not even taste like it was gluten free! Will be coming back asap! All my gluten free and even non gluten free peeps, do me a favor and come here !

We ordered take- out food for my son’s birthday after reading all the positive reviews. We chose two different pizzas and a chicken Caesar salad. The pizzas were tasty and lived up to the gluten free hype. However, I was very disappointed with the chicken Caesar salad. I had expected a fresh, high-quality salad with roasted chicken and house-made Caesar dressing, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The lettuce seemed like it came from a bag and had several slimy pieces. The chicken tasted more like packaged Perdue Short Cuts than anything freshly roasted. As for the dressing, it was just a packet of Ken’s Caesar dressing — decent for what it is, but not what I would expect from a restaurant. The salad was so unappetizing that none of us could eat it, and we ended up throwing it away.

Stopped by for lunch today, it’s their opening weekend with a limited menu.
We tried each of the available pizzas – all were delicious and of course gluten free!
The veggie pizza with roasted beets, arugula, goat cheese and hot honey drizzle was incredible!
THE MEATBALLS…wow!!
Love that it’s owned and operated by a Westfield family, such an awesome addition to the neighborhood!

My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and we were really craving some comfort food, so we ordered the buffalo wings the and margarita pizza. Truly the best GF wings we’ve had so far and the sauce on the pizza was rich and flavorful. Very happy to have found Uncle Skippy’s Kitchen, would 100% recommend. ❤️

The GOAT flatbread was delicious. This is my 1st time trying this place and the food quality is excellent! Not only is the food great but the owner is an amazing host that clearly loves people and loves what he does! There aren’t many businesses around that give off that kind of vibe. Stellar spot. Check it out

My mom has Celiac disease, so having a place that’s all gluten free in the area is awesome. We ordered the meatballs, a pizza and lots of the chicken bites, they were all excellent. You’d never know they were gluten free, my kids ate it all and had no idea. Great spot, we’ll be ordering again!
