The food was great here. The only issues were these: the first bite of Verde Enchiladas I bit into a piece of fatty meat and there was more a couple of bites later. But it was only three bites and I felt the fat in my mouth going round and round while I was chewing it so I took it out of my mouth and left all the pieces on my plate. I ordered the shredded beef Verde Enchiladas. The enchilada sauce wasn’t spicy at all, it was bland, with no flavor. It tasted green water. See photos attached. The Birria tacos were delicious lean meat and not fat and deep fried. Very dietetic. I will say this, the chips were freshly fried on premise not fresh out of the bag , I know the difference. The salsa was great. Just enough bite but not overload, freshly made on premise as well. The beans and rice were good also. Overall it was good I will definitely eat here again but I will order another entree besides the Verde Enchiladas.

Wow wow wow . This restaurant was a huge surprise for us .
The food was absolutely spectacular .
Along with the complimentary chips and salsa , they had a jalapeño cream /salsa ,OMG it is fantastic. The refried beans are probably the best I’ve ever eaten .
The service was great and the food came out quickly .
The margaritas were great also .
They also gave us a discount for staying at a local motel .
I cannot recommend Celia’s highly enough.

Friend and I randomly picked this restaurant after hiking nearby sawyer camp trail. We had the agave and strawberry margaritas; both were great and I opted for the vegetarian tostada and my friend chose to have the combination of tacos, chili relleno and enchilada- all vegetarian. The service was great. She made suggestions when we asked for it (agave margarita) and also warned us about the refried beans not being vegetarian (I was ok with it but always appreciate being told)
The restaurant has ample parking in the plaza, but I would like the ambiance to be a little more cheerful on the inside (which is why it only gets 4*)

Happy Hours are rare these days and Celia’s still offers one 3-6pm weekdays. The Guava margarita was delicious not too sweet or strong. I will be back for the drinks the food was good just very carb heavy so you will get full on chips etc. the restaurant is quiet and chill but needs a facelift or some music playing.

I had lunch at Celia’s. I ordered a chicken burrito plate. It comes with rice, refried beans, chips, salsa and the chicken burrito. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. Restaurant is clean, and there are many free parking spaces available. The price of the lunch was pretty good too. I highly recommend.

This is a really good place for some better than average Mexican food. The chips and salsa were excellent, the chilli rellaño with rice and refried beans was great. The taco salad was enjoyable. Just a really solid place for good Mexican food.

The Chicken Fajitas is a great dish with a big portion. Huvevous Rancheros was good as well. They also have a full bar. Nice spot in a busy shopping center.

Delicious! Server was so friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately. Restaurant was clean. Food was so good, I forgot to take pictures. Except for the Chorizo fundido. It was our 1st time trying it and it was amazing. We will definitely return.
