I am so disappointed with Panda Buffet. I’ve been a customer for several years. About two weeks ago my daughter and I ordered food which we learned once we got home it wasn’t their usual. The food was so bad the following day, I couldn’t go to work. I tried to reconcile my concern with management and they didn’t care. They were very rude and blame me. I know they don’t need or want my business, no worries.
Maybe there was a change in management because customer service sucked. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Two I will post my daughter’s meal once she sends
the picture.

My wife, my family, and I just enjoyed a meal here and had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh, plentiful, and constantly being refilled, with a great variety for everyone in our group. Everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared.
What really stood out was the food and service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. It made for a relaxed, enjoyable family meal.
This place is a great spot if you’re looking for a solid Chinese buffet with excellent service and a family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely be back!

I get my Chinese food from this restaurant most of the time. They are super fast and super polite , but I was really disappointed in the food today. One of my crab rangoons was empty, just the shell, and you only get a small few as it is. The pork fried rice wasn’t very good. There’s almost no vegetables and almost no pork. I hope they read this and improve the quality. It’s almost just plain fried rice. Otherwise thank you for always having fast service and being polite. Please consider making the rice a better quality.

This is the second time being at the buffet there wasn’t really no food and the food they did have was cold paying for 3 drinks $7.46 free refills not one time have we got a refill they walked past never got a refill. The lady was in the back at the table preparing the food with no gloves on her hands. Won’t be going back there again.

The garlic green beans are bright and crunchy (NOT overcooked mush), baked spinach with cheese, a variety of chicken and beef entrees to fulfill whatever you crave. Their foods are prepared in smaller quantities frequently refilled rather than larger amounts just sitting all day.
Seating for individuals, couples and larger groups. The buffet is available for dining in or take a styrofoam box, select your favorites and pay by the pound. For less than $10 I can get a full meal and leave a generous tip using the buffet to go options.

The buffet is back!!!! I really enjoy this lil buffet. Peanut chicken is really good…pot stickers really good…peppered beef is really good. Gen tso chicken is not spicy enough….chick n broc is good…..you get the point. Oh the staff is super friendly

I have no idea how they have 4.0 stars. Food was mostly empty or old. Have to ask for refills to your drinks. Something is going on for them to have 4.0 reviews. Was our first time there and last.
They said they had crab legs but never put any out. Lots of other stuff was empty and never refilled as you can see from the photos.
Ugh. Bathroom was disgusting too. Was scared to touch anything and it stunk bad.
