Too constantly often is it likely that you are going to be waiting upwards of 10, 15, or even 20 minutes waiting for the simplest order. Cavalier employees ignore piling up order tickets and in store orders presumably because an incompetent management staff have instructed them only to prioritize the drive thru line. I wanted a coffee before my meeting, but I had to walk out empty handed and almost late because the people working the line had 0 interest in handling even a single person who had been waiting in line. This model of service is unacceptable.

I been going to this place for the last 5 years now almost every morning, the people that work in this location are very nice. Unfortunately the brand Dunkins is falling through cracks fast as they try to find cheap ways. My coffee doesn’t taste the same anymore and quality of there donuts it’s crazy. My Boston cream donut is the size of a biscuit and there is hardly any sprinkles on the donuts anymore.

Worst dunks I’ve ever been to. Every day I come here for a drink on my 9:00 break and every day it takes forever to get my drink.
Today, I left 5 minutes early and got here at 8:55. I waited behind 1 person in line until 9:12 when they finally took my order. I was able to watch one of the employees leaning against the counter in one spot the entire time doing nothing but looking around and scrolling on their phone. Unfortunately I had to leave empty handed after paying because I ran out of time at 9:15. When I came back on my lunch break at noon, I again had to wait for 10+ minutes behind one person in line before having to argue with management to get the drink that I paid for earlier in the day.
This dunks location takes terrible service and turns it into a sport. Avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered ahead on the app 20 minutes before and had to wait another 15 min to get my food, happens to consistently for it to be a mistake.

This dunkins is the worst, sat in line in the drive through for 15minutes got to order a muffin they told me the only muffin we have is a pumpkin, so I ordered that then when I finally got to the window they told me they don’t have any muffins. Service is horrible

Website is horrible for customer feedback so I’ll have to leave a bad review. Got an ice coffee at this location and it had a mildew taste that was overwhelming and turned my stomach. I will never visit this location again.
