Krispy Kreme never disappoints. Their donuts are always fresh, incredibly soft, and just melt in your mouth. You can really taste the quality, especially when they’re hot and fresh—it’s on a whole different level compared to other donut places. Every bite is light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet without being too much.
The classic glazed donuts are hands-down the best, but honestly, everything they make is good. The store itself is usually clean and welcoming, and the smell alone is enough to make you want to order more than you planned. Krispy Kreme is easily my favorite donut spot and my go-to whenever I’m craving something sweet. The best donuts out there, no question.

Stopped for some famous glazed donuts and 2 hot caramel latte’s. Donuts were GREAT. Our latte’s not so. Asked for caramel hot latte’s, received black coffee. Meh…NOT KEWL CRISPY CREME. You disappointed us.

I was getting fresh donuts at 8:30 last night, mind blown! They were super busy when I came in but the attendant was quick to greet me and let me wait a few. Took my order and gave me my doughnuts. Love the chocolate icing cream filled ones the best but cannot beat that taste when the hot light is on

Went through the drive thru on a Saturday morning at 9am with no one in line. Ordered a coffee with vanilla flavoring in it and a glazed donut. I was going to continue with my order but was quickly cut off by being told to pull forward… I didn’t want to be rude and I probably didn’t need whatever else I was going to order so I took that as a sign.
I didn’t have to wait long at all for my order but it was wrong and didn’t notice until I got home. Black coffee and a chocolate donut. Still good, but not what I paid or asked for.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one.
On January 1, I drove approximately 40 minutes from Lake Oconee to the Milledgeville Krispy Kreme after checking online and confirming the store was open until 11:00 PM. I arrived at 9:06 PM to find the lights off. Two employees were inside the store, made eye contact with me, and shook their heads “no” when I approached—without offering any explanation or acknowledgment.
I had intended to purchase approximately three dozen doughnuts, so this wasn’t a small order. The combination of inaccurate posted hours and the lack of basic courtesy from staff was extremely disappointing.
I attempted to resolve this directly by contacting Krispy Kreme afterward but have received no response. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on customer service and reliability. I hope management addresses both the incorrect hours and employee conduct so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

The donuts aren’t the same as they used to be, not sure what happened. Besides being smaller the dough itself has changed drastically. What used to be a moist and creamy delicacy is now a dried out flavorless bread like consistency. Let me know when y’all go back to the old recipe.
