Cute little hideaway on Plant Street. Lots of options for hot dogs as well as put your own ingredients together. The hot dogs were delicious; buns were soft and slightly sweet and toasted with butter. The flavors all tied in well and the sandwich was gooey with melted cheese. The fries werent bad. The truffle fries had an interesting flavor but it definitely is not for everyone. Customer service was good and the host was heplful. We will be back for the hot dogs whenever we’re in the mood again.

I love the Downtown Winter Garden area. With all the little cozy shops and restaurants, it’s a great place to explore. I was craving a delicious hotdog so I googled and thid place showed up first. I got there and the staff was very nice and helpful. I ordered a hotdog with ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions and chili cheese fries. I sat outside and they brought it out to me once it was done. Everything looked pretty good except for the size of the hotdog. I thought they would be a little plumper for the price. I also felt like the toppings were a bit too heavy for my taste. It made me feel like I should have stood there and watched so I could control how much or little was added. The chili cheese fries I couldn’t finish. They were way too salty. First it’s seasoned fries , chili more , cheese and cheese sauce . Definitely a salt bomb. I’d suggest asking the customer if they like seasoning on the fries or not. But this is just my option. It’s a cute place but taste wise, it just didn’t satisfy what I was craving.

What an adorable place on plant street!! 100% recommended, we loved the atmosphere! The very kind woman up front, Arbany, was so so friendly and extremely hard working! Thanks to her, we’ll absolutely be coming back for more! The food was serviced fast, was hot and fresh, and served with a SOU, which is fantastic for customers to see. Arbany kept up wonderful conversations with us whilst making the food, which we thought was very thoughtful. She was informative on the food and what Harnells serves, very helpful for us as first time customers! 5/5’s across the board.

I think I may be addicted to this place, and I’m not even a hot dog person. The food is beyond delicious, elevating something as simple as a hot dog and fries to something beyond it’s parts. The cheese sauce, the “dirty sodas” that taste incredible, and a staff that seems to actually get joy from what they are serving….if I was rich I’d invest and spread this around the country, it’s that good.

Tucked in a narrow space on Plant Street is a great little hot dog joint, that I never noticed on previous visits, with a nice variety of dogs, brats and other items. Tried the Chicago Dog and a small all beef chili. Chicago dog was very good and the chili was a perfect compliment for a hot dog establishment. It is also used as a topping for a chili dog. All meat chili with some sweetness and heat… I’m sure it makes a good chili dog. The decor is perfect for the the food and style. The employees were friendly, happy and very nice. Forgot to take a pic of the food. 🙁

As always the veggie dog and fries are delicious and this time I tried the Buffalo chicken salad but had it with grilled chicken instead of fried. You can customize it however you want, I did mixture of romaine, spinach and arugula with tomato, red onion, blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing. It was fantastic! If you get it with grilled chicken, make sure you have the chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce. Highly recommend this salad and want to try some of the others on the menu as well!

I’ll start with the good: the brioche bun is delicious and the dogs seem to be good quality, the char on the grill is a nice touch.
The bad: the sides often look like they have been there for days. I’m a chili dog fan and several times I’ve changed my mind on my order after they open the chili bin. It’s been dry, crusty, and completely unappealing. The cole slaw always looks see through and stale.
The service is fine, they have a high employee turnover it seems, the employees are usually very nice and trying their best but you get what you might expect from someone that’s been freshly trained.
I was a fan of this place when they first opened, I hope they can return to what they used to be. Fresh ingredients/sides would take them a long way.

Such a cool place. Great hot dogs and salads. Staff are always friendly. If you’re lucky you’ll get a seat outside and enjoy people watching on Plant Street.
