Food is usually edible with some sweet tea but why do most times they say ice cream machine is down? Is it really down or they don’t want to clean it and so why is it even on the menu? And these attitudes got to go. If you don’t want to work where your at find one you can enjoy going to,seriously because it’s better to enjoy where you work. Twice visiting months down the road They say Ice cream machine down again. For real? Maybe Kosciusko need ice cream parlor.Kosciusko don’t have much to pick from but they do have lots of vape store! Those in the seats needs to be replaced! We need a Waffle House,Steak & Shake instead of some of these fast foods

Waited for over 30 minutes for our order. The car pulled up beside us 20 minutes after we did received their order. Inquired about our order. Their reply was “ your order has been ready, but we didn’t know where to bring it “. My goodness! I have never heard such an excuse! There were only three cars in the stalls. Busy was not the issue. Then she asked if we still wanted our food? Nope we left. 9:35 pm on 03/21/2024. We have never had a problem until tonight. Unreal!

Horrible experience! Me and my brother ordered very basic menu items. We called in 15 minutes after. They said it would be right out. Wrong. 15 minutes more me and my brother back out with no food. We seen the entire sonic staff talking and playing on their phones. No worries. Wendy’s took care of us in 3 minutes.

Very slow. Orders are always wrong lately. Third time in a row they have not added any bacon to my bacon cheeseburger.
Update: I do think everybody that works there (particularly the carhops) deserve to be paid more.

Absolute unacceptable service, the order was wrong, burgers were burnt and dried out. I tried to call the restaurant but no answer. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never order from them again, and I suggest everyone find another burger joint. This sonic is the worst I have ever been to. It unclean, the staff is rude, and the food is uneditable. Disgusting. I have order from here before about three times and this is it, they can not seem to get the orders right. There is no care about this restaurant by it employees and the franchise owner should be ashamed.

Things have gone downhill. Orders have become slow. Orders have become increasingly wrong for things you order extra bacon and chili. You’re charged form but don’t receive them. Many custom items are incorrect or they don’t include, for example, the groovy sauce with the groovy fries. We’ve decided to take a long break from this location.

The fries weren’t the best but the service was good. Even when our sauce, cream and sugar for the coffee was forgotten, one of the staff courteously helped us. It was easy to place an order and even easier to pay. I’d recommend travelers stop by for a quick, filling, tasty meal.
