The staff was very friendly, even when just placing a simple take out order. The bartender was fun and a pleasure to talk with. Best fish fry and potato pancakes we’ve had in a long time!

We were in the area for the weekend and unfamiliar with the area. Searched for places that served fish fry nearby, and Kelly’s pub was close by and had good reviews. We gave it a try and so happy we did. The wings were amazing! Big on flavor and size! Fish fry options were great. I got the Cod, and my husband had the lake perch. Outstanding. Happy we found this gem and will definitely be returning there when we’re in the area again!

Two piece dark meat chicken dinner. Comes with broasted potatoes that were very good, a dinner roll and coleslaw. I wished the coleslaw had more acidity to it, so I did add malt vinegar. The chicken was delicious, juicy snd flavorful. The wait staff was friendly and the bar/restaurant has an up north cozy type of atmosphere

The new owners are awesome! I love the name change and the minor changes inside. The food is always delicious. The bartenders always serve up a good time! Keep up the great job, Trevor Tavern! I’ll be stopping in for a good plate of delicious chicken again soon!

We have always loved Kelly’s but had to wait 35 minutes for a simple appetizer and 1.25 hours for salad and wings. There was a couple with 2 children under the age of three that sat there for two hours before they got their food. They had to go get their waitress off the poker machine twice.The strange part is there was hardly anyone in there and it was a Saturday night. They have a very limited menu, but the Saturday night special is prime rib and they were out of it at 5:30. We love the wings, but can’t sit there for hours hoping to get food.

Went there for Friday Fish Fry. Wasn’t too busy at this point. Although I got three nice pieces of Jumbo Lake Perch, it was over fried, was like fish jerky. The Walleye was very good. The service was good. A couple had come in right after us, we were done with our meal and they still hadn’t even been served their food.

Small little bar that is neighbor hoodis. Staff is attentive and patrons are all very friendly. Drinks are good and tasty!

We travel around often looking for a good fish fry. This was not one of them. Over all bad experience.

Homemade soup was very good.
Waitress was pleasant. Could have been a little more on top of drinks but that leds into the bad.
The bad.
1 hr and 45 min to get our food.
They said there was a lot of togo orders.
Baked fish amount for the price was good and this was on par with others in the area
The fried cod with out extra portion charge = 5 fish nuggets. Seemed very lacking for the price and wait.
Patato packed were flat deep fried hashbrowns.no sour cream.
Coleslaw wasn’t anything special.
1/2 slice rye bread.
Over all I wouldn’t go back.
I did see heaping plates of food going by but that must have been the chicken.

The fish fry was excellent. The service was very good. The food came out quick. The atmosphere? Well who doesn’t love a Wisconsin bar for a fish fry!

Best place ever. Love the owners. great wait staff and bartenders. Chefs are doing something right! The fire pits are a great touch. I love they opened up the back and parking lot looks great.
