I went here in a Sunday. I found the customer service to be friendly. I ordered a burrito and the portions were plentiful. I also ordered guacamole and found that chips were sold separately. I would recommend Chipotle to others .

I get chipotle pretty often when I’m at work. This chipotle is the best one I’ve ever had and I literally DoorDash the food to me. I never complain about doordash because you aren’t getting food right there and fresh, but I do applaud when food is great and consistent when you do get it. This place does it. I get it around lunch rush every day and every day they are quick and load my bowl up. Will be getting this again!

i don’t understand all the hateful reviews on this particular location. i go here ALL the time and they always are so kind and so sweet! they do tend to run out of stuff a-lot but honestly i don’t mind since they’re always super busy; and they always have it the next time you go! i will say that sometimes the meat is extra cold but i’m sure its a problem that every chipotle has. overall they’re my favorite chipotle ever i love them and their staff, haven’t ever had a bad experience with them.

Chipotle Mexican Grill at 2242 Fort Worth Ave delivers a strong and consistent experience.
The food is fresh and well prepared. Ingredients look clean, and the line moves quickly. Burritos are tightly wrapped, bowls are well portioned, and the flavors hold up. The salsas have good balance, and the proteins are cooked right.
The staff works with focus. They keep the line moving without rushing the order. Special requests are handled correctly most of the time.
The dining area is bright and organized. Tables are usually clean, though peak lunch and dinner hours bring slower cleanup.
Online and pickup orders come out on time. Packaging stays neat, and the portions match what you get in person.
The only drawback is occasional inconsistency with portion size during busy periods. It’s not enough to ruin the experience but noticeable for regular customers.
Four stars for fast service, fresh ingredients, and clean execution with minor room to improve consistency.

So what went at 7:30 to pick up some food there was a long line waited approximately 15min to be told that they were out of big tortillas which are used for burritos and chips. It would have been nice if the employees posted a sign or informed the incoming guests that they were out of a key part of the main menu item. This is my first time coming to this location and it will be my last

I really hate leaving a bad review because I truly love Chipotle, and this location is only five minutes from my house. But this has become a constant issue. After 7:00 pm, they are always out of basic ingredients like rice, beans, corn, and salsa. That’s literally the core of the menu.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. There were three employees working who were very rude and unhelpful, which just made the situation worse. I spent over $30 and still didn’t get what I wanted because so many ingredients were unavailable.
If you’re going to stay open, you should be stocked and ready to serve customers properly. This really sucks, and I hope management addresses both the inventory issues and the customer service.

Went there for a quick dinner for them to be out of, chips and guacamole, and vinaigrette. Which is very baffling considering that they do not close until 11pm. So for 3 whole hours you are out of basic things people order on your menu. That was poor execution of preparation on managers and staff. The fact that this is the closest Chipotle for 4 miles is VERY disappointing.

I just recently went at 12pm today. I was very impressed on how the workers remained calmed during a rush. I myself got overstimulated and the workers noticed and I loved that!. For both morning and night shifts.

This is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and it’s frustrating that it’s the only one near me. The service is consistently terrible, the staff seems lazy and disengaged, and they’re constantly “out” of basic essentials that every Chipotle should have ready. Being told there are no beans or no small tortillas feels less like a real shortage and more like people simply not doing their jobs. Not being able to order a kids quesadilla because of that is ridiculous, and no effort is made to offer a reasonable alternative. The entire operation feels disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed.

Please be aware that visiting this location after 8 p.m. is often inconvenient, as they frequently run out of multiple menu items and seem to prioritize early closing and cleaning over maintaining adequate food availability through the end of business hours. This isn’t just my experience many other reviews mention the same issue. Unfortunately, this is my nearest Chipotle, yet I often have to drive a considerable distance to another location that consistently has food available. And if Chipotle chooses to comment asking me to submit an online complaint form, I ask that they genuinely review it and take action. Many of the reviews mentioning this problem are months old, and it’s clear the issue is still ongoing.
