Our story begins in 2016, when our founders, driven by their passion in the food industry, decided to launch the Kennewick’s Stacks Mobile Bistro – the very first location where our now famous Bomb Tacos was born. In 2020, we expanded our reach by establishing Taqueria Stacks Bistro, furthering our reputation for fast service, and irresistible tacos that are a cut above the rest. Our dedication to excellence continued with the opening of the Pasco’s Stacks Mobile Bistro in 2023, taking our mouthwatering tacos to even more hungry fans. Found a piece of wire brush in my tacos, they not only did not let me speak to the manager, but then tried to refund me only 8$ when the total was 28$ I brought it up and their excuse was I already ate some of the tacos, UM YEAH LADY I WOULDN’T HAVE IF I KNEW IT WAS A HEALTH HAZARD?! I hate confrontation and had to demand a full refund. They were not even slightly apologetic and just rude from the second they saw me bringing my food back.
I will never be coming back here again.
Update: they also haven’t replied to the email that they told me to send in the response. No worries, thought I’d let everyone know how much they care

Typically my favorite taco truck and honestly the only one my family and I have been going to for years. However, the street tacos that we have always gotten are beginning to be more disappointing than not. Shells are almost always soggy and falling apart, barley any meat (especially on the Wednesday taco discount day) which I guess one might expect, but when I am paying $65 for 15 tacos on a regular day I expect there to be a decent amount of meat at the very least.

I love this place. They’re always on top of it. I have been ordering from them for years now. Bomb tacos are delicious, the tortas are yum, the burritos are so big and their aguachiles and ceviche are to die for. I have never had any issues ordering via phone or in person. They have a good range of salsas to choose from and I always recommend them to people who are looking for a taco truck with lots of options. They have daily specials and always seem to be open when we’re craving some delicious food. I won’t lie they are a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny. They do not disappoint! The service is always 10/10

The girl is really nice, but no offensive this second time was different than my first experience. The first brittas was dipped oil sauce annd not needing extra britta sauce on side. This time britta came out plain and dry and no sauces.. britta Sauce is now being separate and charging extra if anyone wants that, surprised it was $10 and I was like whoa that’s too much to add on sauce? Making it about $23-25. When Other places offers dish with rice beans and sauce for $14-16 which I’ll be doing from now on. More affordable wise

This place really packs the flavor! The bomb tacos are a must have I get them every time. Filled with your choice of meat, they add cheese and guacamole. The tortillas have a nice sear on the outside and the meat and cheese make it nice and soft on the inside. Bomb tacos come with a side of pickled cucumber salad, grilled onions and fried jalapeño. They offer a variety of salsas that are very tasty. I will say I’m not a fan of the “Agua Frescas” as they are made corn syrup and not real fruit so they are extremely sweet and not to my liking. Other than that everything else I have had food wise is delicious.

Absolutely Bomb Taco is as advertised Called it in, was ready when I got there and of the same service and caliber as the one in Pasco on Court. 1.50 tacos on Wednesday and different salsas have been a “go to spot” whether on lunch or dinner.

Some of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The adobada tacos were dry ! The adobada fries were horrendous! Almost no meat & it was dry if it did have it. First Mexican food in Pasco And it was garbage.
