the woman’ who takes the orders over the phone has a nasty attitude, i thought it was me . the previous time i ordered went fair but i felt like the lady was snobby, well today she rolled her eyes and made a nasty remark after aggressively asking me what name my order was under and saying that i must pay before i can lay eyes on the pizza . i felt like i couldn’t trust paying the. her going to the back to get my food and potentially doing something to it, i politely said thank you and left the store without my order ..

I got an 8 piece chicken and jojos. The jojos were good but the fried chicken was over cooked and atrocious. One of the chicken breast was totally blown apart. Went to pick up the order and they couldn’t locate it at first. They had to use the last four digits of my phone number because they failed to ask for a name before they hung up. Doubt I’ll be going back.

I love gionino’s but tonight I have to give you two stars because of the coleslaw. When my order was delivered I opened the box of chicken and found my coleslaw to be steaming hot, like soup. I was so looking forward to the coleslaw more than anything else on the menu because they have the best coleslaw around but seeing that it’s at least 150°. I’m not risking getting sick by eating a hot mayonnaise based dressing. Please consider keeping the cold food away from the hot food, this is food safety 101.

I went in and picked up 2 pizzas between 430 and 5 o’clock. I actually called the manager over and told him that I think this is one of the cleanest pizza shops that I have seen in a long time. It’s an open type pantry kitchen where you can look in there and see what’s going on. At all times the workers were all cleanly dressed and they had either hair nets on or they had ski hats on so they did not get hair in the food. We ordered their garden sprain in a 16 inch with pepperoni, and also ordered a cauliflower 12 inch. With half pepperoni in the garden pizza, it was very delicious and I would highly recommend it.
