Dear Burger King Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the repeated poor service I have received at your location at 860 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075.

Every time I visit this branch and try to use a valid coupon for a hamburger, I am either rudely refused or treated with clear disrespect. On my most recent visit, I was served a burger that was not fresh, and once again, staff showed a dismissive and arrogant attitude.

I understand that I may not speak English fluently and that I have an Asian appearance, but I believe no customer should be treated differently based on race, language, or appearance. This kind of behavior is discriminatory and deeply hurtful.

I love Burger King, and I have always supported your brand, but this experience has made me seriously consider never visiting this location again. In other locations, my coupons are accepted without hesitation, and I am treated with respect. These coupons are meant to attract and serve loyal customers like me, yet here, they are rejected with hostility.

I kindly urge you to look into this matter and ensure your staff upholds the values of equality, respect, and good service. If this is not addressed, I fear many customers will be driven away by such unprofessional behavior.

This happened at 3pm 2-22-2026. I ordered a double whopper thru the drive thru, I was the ONLY customer (including the dining room), the window guy (tall middle aged black man with a blue shirt) was talking to the cook, i waited 8 minutes, I got home and it was a single. Talk about CONTEMPT. This isn’t the first time this place jilted me, but it is the LAST.

It’s Christmas Eve and I had the worst experience here. The employee Jackson was very rude. He rushed me while I was ordering , interrupted me as I was speaking at the window. He said he was rude because he’s working at Burger King. I don’t think this attitude aligns with Burger King’s values as I am a former employee of Burger King. The interaction was really distasteful. I also asked for my burger to be off the broiler and it was not. Merry Christmas and I hope you all find better employees.

We went for the Sponge Bob Bundle (for fun!), they didn’t have everything per advertised and then up charged us for a substitute for a missing item and did not give us a receipt. For the price ($35ish for 2x people) of this place you can goto a casual dining restaurant, which I would recommend and bypassing the place all together.

The WORST BK visit ever! Unorganized, no enthusiasm or sense of urgency the girl behind the counter has smug attitude and it looked like she was direct a bunch of teenagers in the back who really didn’t want to be there. Intake over 10 minutes to get me a little chicken sandwich and a fry. The manager was sitting in the dining room observing, I told him I could have gotten McDonald’s in 3 minutes. He said that drive-thru orders and mobile orders have priorities over people that come in the dining room, that told me everything I need to know about this restaurant, will definitely not me back if my daughter is not just as important as someone in a car or someone had ordered from their house. The food was great and the beverage is great don’t get me wrong but the attitude of the staff and the lack of a sense of urgency was horrible. No music in the dining room on the TV is on. Play believed in Roswell for over a year. I usually go to mcdonald’s, Jersey mike’s, Zaxby’s or a pizza place but I was walking in Burger King was the first place that I passed I was hungry

Today(8/15/23) I ordered through the mobile app to pick up via drive thru. When I arrived, I was told by a lady manager that I needed to come in to pick up my order, even though I selected drive-through pickup(because I had my son with me). As I walked inside, I asked for the manager’s name, and a crew member refused to provide me with the information. I then asked to speak to her for clarification as to why I had to come inside, I waited for too long before I decided to just leave. My bag was missing items. There is no reason why I should not have received what I paid for. Horrible service, I will not be back and will let any/everyone know of how bad the service is(this is only the 1st time I complained out of several encounters).

Worst place in town! Went today. Got home with chicken sandwich. Bread had mold on it! Chicken fries tasted like they were sitting for 2 days. Extremely hard to bite and cold. Manager is clueless and the young kids in the kitchen didn’t care about their job one bit and it showed. This place is going to get someone seriously sick one day!
