Drive Thru ordered a Venti Iced Coffee with cream. Barista handed me a Grande Black iced coffee. No not my drink. Then they handed me a Venti Hot Coffee. No not my drink. Thankfully the coffee is always good here.

My experience has always been great at this location. They are always very friendly and drive thru is quick. During busy season lines can get long but they do have people sometimes taking orders while in line so it’s ready for when you get to window. Love this location!

I ordered a venti green tea frappuccino, they keep overfilling the cups and it went all over our rental car! The middle of the cup was a huge block of ice, train your employees to make drinks properly, we’ve been to this location in the past and have experienced issues with the staff and quality of our drinks. I also had a tomato mozzarella sandwich, the bread and tomatoes were soggy and the cheese wasn’t even melted, I’m disappointed.

There were only 2 people before me, but the wait for my (specialty) coffee took a VERY long time (I can only assume that drive-through customers were served at the expense of in-store customers.

Went to Marco Island on business and took a 2.5 mile walk a few times to this Starbucks. The place is super clean and the staff are well-trained and friendly. They really enjoyed their jobs and had some good vibe old school tunes going on while we had our breakfast. It was so nice to see the team having fun, singing and just enjoying what they were doing. The fun and engaged culture of this store is apparent and felt by the customers. They service was efficient and the food and drinks were great. Definitely worth the almost 5 mile round trip walk to the store just to experience the positive vibes. It is worth a stop when in Marco, you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t normally review Starbucks locations, but this location has always stood out to me as the most one the most well operated Starbucks store. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoy coming here when we’re on vacation.

I have never had any real issues with staff, atmosphere, or timing at this location. The staff has always been incredibly friendly to an extent. However, please reassess how you handle food in your cooler. This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Cheese and Fruit box at this location within less than six months. It’s June 15th and this box expired on the 10th. When you purchase food you expect for it not to be expired. I opened it and got hit with a fowl Brie smell only to flip the box over to find it expired 5 days after its best by date. This is the 3rd time it has happened. Each time I’ve called, yes I’ve gotten a refund however I’ve also been followed up with consistent excuses why this wasn’t done. Which makes me concerned about how other food is being kept.

Time to recharge… With a cup of coffee and with free WiFi and a plug for my cellphone… Covid-19 precautions in place… Seven tables outside and a half dozen inside (more when covid-19 passes), all tables set up for two people… Establishment is clean inside & out… Service was good, as was the coffee…
