My friends and I had a cancelled flight in December, and decided to grab a bite here. The food was delicious – definitely get the squash soup and the salmon sandwich! A highlight of our visit was the impeccable, kind service. Our server Ani took such wonderful care of us and made us feel right at home. Ani is such a gem at Harold’s and we couldn’t possibly have asked for a better server. 🙂 Shoutout to Liv and Sav who were at the hostess table – they were very friendly and lovely to talk with! Thank you Ani, Liv and Sav – happy new year!!
Also absolutely no fault of Harold’s, but something Westjet didn’t tell us was that the Westjet meal vouchers don’t include the tip for your servers!! Something to be aware of for any future travellers.

Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I make sure to visit Harold’s — the food is always good, the happy hour is great, and in summer, the terrace is a total must!
But what truly makes this place special is Ani. She’s the kind of person who makes your day better just by being around. Always smiling, full of energy, and genuinely kind — she brings such a positive and joyful vibe to every table. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats everyone.

We were staying in the Sheraton hotel and after a long day of traveling decided to get some appetizers, and other items for a light meal before retiring.
We were promptly greeted, seated and the wait staff was very quick to take drink orders and give us time to review the menu. We ordered chicken soup, spring rolls, and the bread pudding. To drink we had water, and a pale ale beer.
The food arrived after a short wait. All of the food tasted great, and the bread pudding was OK. I have had some that is better, but this was pretty good too.
Overall, everything was good. We returned a the night before our departure and had the spring rolls, shrimp gyoza (dumplings) and the pale ale beer.
I hope you visit and your experience is as good or better than mine.

A great place inside the Sheraton hotel for a drink or meal. Service is always spectacular here. During the summer season, they also have an outdoor patio. One of the better hotel restaurants in the area.

We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Harold’s Kitchen & Bar (Harold’s Bistro & Bar) since 2015. Every experience has been outstanding. We are always impressed by the excellent food and service. Our go-to dish is the Alaskan Black Cod. We were heartbroken that after the labour strike, it was removed from the menu. We had a chance to talk to Ruby Franco, one of the Restaurant Managers, that our favorite dish was taken off the menu. She listened to our concern. The next time we dined there, the Alaskan Black Cod was back on the Menu. We were so happy. Ruby’s warmth hospitality, paired with Jimmy’s impeccable service, make every visit a truly unforgettable experience. Every time we dine at Harold’s and if Ruby is working, she will personally visit our table and make sure everything is good. Her warm presence always makes us feel welcome as a family member and Jimmy’s service along with Angela Najera, chef Jerome Pascua, Lerisa, Robyn and Sandra are icing on the cake making our dining experience a real treat!

Nice little place adjacent to the hotel lobby. Food quality and service are right on the par with all the other options on the strip of hotels on this street. Check it out, you will like your experience.

We had dinner at Harold yesterday with my family, and even though it was very busy, the service was excellent. The hostess Tabitha was amazing and very welcoming. Our server Eric was great—even while working at the bar, he stayed attentive and friendly. The manager Cora was also very nice. Great teamwork and a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We just got home to the Okanagan from our second stay at the Sheraton airport in Richmond. All aspects of our stay were wonderful but I would like to especially like to let the staff at our breakfast restaurant Harold’s know that we appreciate the excellent attention we got every day. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted, from checking if we wanted more coffee and how our food was to making us feel welcome with our almost two year old grandson. We couldn’t have asked for better service and hope to have a reason to come back. We appreciate everyone but especially remember Jimmy, Liz, Sav and Nandini. Thank you all for making our stay away from home such a wonderful one.
