The burgers we ordered were perfectly dressed. They looked like they belonged on a commercial and tasted even better. Shout out to whoever works there that cares enough to put that type of effort in sandwich making. I made a video but didn’t take photos. But trust me: I know my burgers.

Stopped here after a long drive from Albany NY and I wish we hadn’t. Although the food was hot and delicious and on point, they are extremely short staffed as the cashier mentioned after about a 10 minute wait at the speaker that there was only 2 people working. Yes, we decided to wait it out as this was the last Burger King before our destination. Overall we sat there for 35 minutes total time. I would not go here during crunch time you will be disappointed ☹️

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My father and I entered the store around 5:15 on 11/29 and went up to the counter to order. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes with no other customers in front of us waiting to order until the employee told us they would be right with us. Another 5 minutes passed and we decided we obviously weren’t going to get service. The store was empty with a single person in the drive thru, the employee was just standing there making themselves look busy fiddling with bags. Went and spent our money at another Burger King.

The best Specialist made grilled and spicy chicken on honey Hawaiian bunz, with sweet angry whopper sauce, extra tomatoes, angry onions, mozzarella and parmesan, bacon, lettuce, with a touch of breakfast burrito sauce! Its worth the upgrade if getting an already AMAZING 2for6$$$

Meh… I haven’t been to Burger King in years because I didn’t like the food. Just decided to try their Double King Burger – still don’t like their food. That said, service was fast, restaurant wasn’t particularly clean. If you like Burger King, you’ll probably give this one three stars as well.

At 6:40pm today, they handed me a cup with no lid when I asked for a cup of water with my order in the drive through. In the drive through…. I politely asked for a lid and they said they did not have one. And I handed the water back and thanked them but said I could not drive with that kind of cup filled with water. If I had to pay for the water I would have just paid for the water to get a lid. But that was not offered.

The Burger King in highland, New York is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to whether you’re going through the drive-thru or going inside it’s like they can only process one order at a time from start to finish there could be no people there and it still takes 5 minutes before they take your order they have no sense of urgency no sense of customer service I feel like I get food faster at a diner then the so-called fast food restaurant. I was just in the Drive-Thru and didn’t even order food because I was there for over 5 minutes and the person in front of me still had n’t got their order taken.

NO RESPONSE!!!!!! BURGER KING IGNORES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS THE manager on duty was very rude we left hungry and angry . She was so rude and made us feel so uncomfortable we will not come back. Very upset ruined our day we were having a great day we were over charged and once she realized we were right she was so disrespectful while we were trying to eat our food .
