Honestly she shouldn’t be working with customer service at any business.
Because she was so nasty talking to you and taking your order, I politely asked her was she having a good day and her response shocked the heck out of me responding “I was until I waited on you”
you should have seen her coworkers face like she was totally embarrassed .
to top everything, you don’t even have a corporate number to call to speak to a live person
I’ve never seen service like this ever, but you can bet for sure I will take my business to “jersey Mike’s ” where I am told that not only are the subs better but so is the service!!

“I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I arrived, there was no one to be found, and I had to wait for someone to show up. When the bangali dude employee finally appeared, I asked for a 6-inch sandwich, and he gave me a strange look. He then insisted that I pay before he even started making my sandwich. I’ve been a regular at this Subway for over a year, and I’ve never encountered this issue at the Minivale Rd location. The way this employee spoke to me was completely unprofessional, and I believe he should be fired.”
