Clean ingredients, great menu and quick service. Food came out hot and they had no trouble accommodating food preferences. I would appreciate slightly larger food portions. Ample parking out front.

Food is great, employees are lazy and rude. Refused to take a $50 bill because they don’t want to have to go to the bank and get change in the morning. Stated “I need to have certain bills in here for the morning so I can’t take your fifty”, even though she had the change for it. Didn’t care if I canceled my order or anything. Have better management and go to the bank for change in the morning instead of turning away customers. And then being snobby because I asked why she can give change out in the morning but not in the evening.

I have not ate here in a long time, at least four years, but today I came and it was amazing. I can’t believe all the yummy food on the menu. I had a grilled cheese thing the lady recommended for me a cowboy I think it was called? It was so good I will definitely be back. They also recommended a gluten free pita for my husband who is diabetic and we are excited he hasn’t tried that yet. Love the healthy options and the smoothies look amazing.

I love Pita Pit. This particular site, in post falls, has been my fave one in the area. Very helpful, friendly, and efficient customer service every time I’ve been in here. The restaurant is clean and well stocked as far as the dining room and what I saw of the prep area.
*I’m not fond of a few menu changes etc but, this review was asking for info about this store and isn’t about Pita Pit as a whole so no stars off for that.

Is it just me or have pita pits’ sandwiches really been impacted by shrinkflation? They used to feel like a meal and now more like a snack. I took a photo of my extensive pita next to some chap stick for reference. WTH? This post falls location isn’t a destination to dine inside that’s for sure. Very little has been done to make the interior pleasant for customers to eat and/or hang out. We also had a serious wait for the pitas to be cooked last time only to get them burned on the outside. All in all, a bit disappointing and we find we eat here infrequently these days.

Everyone was pleasant. The Post Falls Pita Pit is always busy but Everyone always has a smile in there voice and communicates so you know if they are helping someone and will be right with you. Always enjoy going in or thru the drive!
