This place is an absolute gem! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and their juices are a must-try—especially the Refrescate, which was our favorite. During our stay in Ensenada, we came here for breakfast every single day, and it never disappointed. The coffee was also fantastic, and the friendly, attentive staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

My favorite restaurant in Ensenada! I have pretty much eaten here every day this week, tried something new every time, and somehow the food keeps getting better and better! Not only is the food delicious, healthy, and organic but the atmosphere is super charming and welcoming. Everyone who works here is wonderful! Victoria’s food is spectacular, Yamel’s desserts are mouth watering, and the service from Nena and Guillermo is friendly and warm. This place makes me want to move to Ensenada so I can eat here everyday!

Amazing food!! I was looking for a good breakfast place and saw the reviews for La Flor de La Calabaza and I am glad I came here. The food was amazing and very delicious. It was a very pleasant being there and everything is fresh! My friends love the taste and the food. The staff is very friendly and the price is perfect. Will be back soon for sure.

I am really happy about this one it was exactly as I expected.
Good quality and service for the money.
Everything is organic , I had a blast eating my omelette I got the one with goat cheese , cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. It was amazing !!! ( and I make pretty legit ones )
My daughters French toast was amazing just as I make them for her. Watch the video lots of berries, yummy!
My mom got another omelette with “chistorra” that was amazeballs.
My dad and hubby got the “ enfrijoladas” which they didn’t complain but we don’t like black beans in our family. We prefer mayocoba or pinto beans that would make a huge difference. From both of their perspectives and of course me taking a bite of my husband’s we all agreed that it was very bland. Not so tasty and not much cheese.
Omg funny detail here, I got a ginger shot with garlic and omg it was so so spicy and will never do it again. I forgot the name I think it was “ alíviate “ or something like that.
We all got smoothies and coffee as well the smoothie size is too small , the straws are not working out and the coffee was not so great.
But I will return for that omelette. Thumbs up!

This please is great. Everyone was super nice. The food was delicious. I had the huevos Rancheros and my wife the chilaquiles. The kids’ french toast was very good as well. We will be back and will recommend this place.

The mochoso sandwich on foccacia was the perfect balance of bacon, veggies and bread. I liked that the onions were grilled, it added some sweetness. A little salsa Macha gave it a nice spicy kick.
I think we lucked out with street parking in front; it was pretty full up with cars going into and coming out of the restaurant.
There is a cute coffee and goods shop inside, with aromatherapy items and pastries/cookies.

Latte was perfect. Ordered the Rejuvenece juice to limpia my liver. It was delicious and hearty. I chewed that juice till the last drop. That makes it better for you though, right? Enfrijoladas con huevo pochado and queso fresco only added depth to the beautiful simplicity of the corn quesadillas under perfectly seasoned beans and fresh, bright toppings of avocado and pickled onion.
