I called and ordered a pizza at 11:20 becase the app was not working on sunday. Showed up at 11:40 and the door was locked and it was dark and no one was here. They say online and on the door they are open till midnight. They also use AI for the phone ordering service and then when they transfer you to some one they are hard to understand. There food is good but this was very inconvenient.

Avoid this place on Thursday/weekends they tend to mess up very often on those days. We get pizza from there once a week, days differ. Tuesdays seem to be the day the pizza is better, fresh crust, not the crust they had sitting out for hours like they do on the weekend. I know pizza had worked for many pizza places in my life. Whoever is responsible for making bad pizza and not even the correct order needs to be fired or properly trained. But I am guessing this person just does not care about the quality of food that is provided.

I always use the app to place our takeout order and within about 15 minutes or less our order is in the Pie Pass Pickup ready to go. We’ve never had any issues with this location. Food is always hot and made as ordered. You can’t beat the prices, food and convenience! We’ll continue to be patrons here

The gentleman that was working was super kind and helpful. I had a rather large order and only had cash so I went in to order. The computer froze twice so we had to split the order up. Then he gave me a discount for the trouble( which wasn’t necessary). We waited outside for the order and then he brought the whole order out to us at our car. The best costumer service. The pizza was cooked perfectly too.

The food is really good but It bothers me to no end that they dont wear gloves and are bare handed. I got food poisoning from here a while back when they first opened, been scared to go back since. But I did a few weeks ago, and thats when I saw that they didn’t wear gloves (most likely why I got food poisoning the first time. Due to unwashed hands) like idk man just please wear gloves when making food? I feel like that really isnt too much to ask. Crazy that I need to ask in the first place :/. 2 stars instead of 1 because again, the food tastes really good.

Food tastes great but if you have to call the store – forget it. Terrible phone system – recording after recording and does not allow you to talk to a human when you’ve been waiting 50 minutes for a delivery and the tracker shows it’s been delivered

I ordered 1 sausage and mushroom pizza and one spinach and roast beef. They sent sausage and pepperoni instead of sausage and mushroom. Kind of pissed about considering it was just over $30

Recently did an online order car delivery, the wait was about 10-15 minutes, but I wasn’t bothered by the wait. I had nowhere important to be. I see someone walk out the building with my order and I roll down my window to say hi and I did not even get a hi back, just promptly told “You need to check in when you do car pickup.” I apologized and told them that I did and showed them my screen that showed I selected check-in with the site also telling me that I have checked in! I didn’t use the app and don’t have an account through them, but doing this alone on the site showed that the check-in went through, so I am not sure what happened. I was more-so bothered by the whole interaction with the person that was handing me my order. Maybe they were having an off day, but that’s no excuse to take it out on other people. Either way, food was tasty! Just wish that whole interaction didn’t sour my experience with the location. I don’t think I will be coming back.

We visited Domino’s today, and I am absolutely blown away! The store was packed and clearly running at full capacity, but the team didn’t miss a beat. Their professionalism and teamwork were incredible—they kept rocking out pizzas like a well-oiled machine.
Even with how busy it was, our food was ready quickly and tasted AMAZING. The crust was perfect, the toppings were fresh, and everything was hot and flavorful. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work, even on hectic days.
Huge kudos to everyone there today for providing exceptional service and delicious food under pressure. This Domino’s location is doing it right!

My pizza order literally took 6 minutes to complete. I ordered 10min out for carryout. One of the best Domino’s pizzas I’ve had in years. I would recommend extra cheese and sauce if you haven’t tried it. I will be back!
