Potentially the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Great value too. They decent sized burgers, that are quite filling, with very interesting flavours. Another noticeable advantage was there buns- they use special black buns, that help hold the burger together.
Family owned business too- however, the waiter, although very friendly and kind, was slightly forgetful, and forgot water, and dressing on a salad we ordered. He also kinda looked like Jack Black which was pretty funny.
The placent of the restaurant wasn’t super ideal either. A bit out of the way, with a large car park nearby, (easy parking, but lots of cars passing by).

I was visiting La Rochelle with my wife and son for a couple of days . Found this on trip adviser . A bit further for us to travel from the Hotel but it was worth it . A really friendly welcome by the owner who also spoke very good English & was helpful explaining the menu . We all enjoyed the burgers & if we visited again we would definitely go back here . Also a nice IPA on tap . I star less for atmosphere but we did arrive early and it was busier by the time we left .

Small restaurant that’s slightly hidden away Had a lovely burger made from minced steak and cooked perfectly and also had a locally produced beer. Really friendly staff, recommend visiting if you’re in the area.

The waiter did not greet us upon arrival. Once seated and ready to order, the waiter came by and asked what we wanted. I asked for a Petit Burger, 9 wings, and 3 onion rings (rings were 5€ for 3, which is absurd). The waiter then proceeded to try to embarrass me by asking sacarsitcly and with a very rude tone, if I’m 12 or under with a angry look on his face like I did something wrong, because apparently Le Petit Burger combo was for 12 and under only. To be clear, the menu did not state anywhere that Le Petit Burger combo was for under 12 only.
