We absolutely loved our dinner! My wife had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the meat lovers pizza. The chicken was very tender and the sauce really tasty. The meat lovers pizza was loaded with topping and had a crispy crust. I could only eat two pieces. We also had the fried onion straws for an appetizer. So good! Loved the service and the homemade ice cream for dessert. Our new favorite Italian restaurant!

This place offers a clean, spacious dining area that feels especially welcoming for families. Even on a quiet Monday night, the service was courteous, attentive, and plentiful, which set a great tone for the meal. I started with the crispy ravioli appetizer, which came out quickly. While it wasn’t anything extraordinary on its own and was a bit more crispy than I prefer, pairing it with the marinara sauce helped soften the crunch and brought the flavors together nicely. For my main dish, I ordered the sweet chili calzone with hot honey glaze. The bread itself was absolutely delicious, and most of the calzone was very well put together and flavorful. The only downside was that the chicken was slightly dry and chewy, though not enough to stop me from enjoying or finishing it. I ended the meal with a single scoop of cake batter ice cream, which was wonderfully nostalgic and just as indulgent as you’d expect. The total for an appetizer, calzone, and ice cream came to $33. Overall, this feels like a solid spot for a family night out or kids’ parties. It may not be top-tier Italian cuisine, but it definitely hits the mark for comfort, atmosphere, and family-friendly dining.

Spinach, artichoke flatbread was amazing. Chicken Parmesan spaghetti was very good and light. Wish I got the pizza. We will be back

We sat way in the back in a red booth and it was awesome because the place was very quiet. We had the onion straws which were delicious, but they brought us marinara sauce instead of ranch to dip them in. We had a new waitress and she quickly fixed everything. My husband had a small all meat pizza, and I had the chicken bacon, broccoli, pizza, and it was good. We thought the crust was just delicious. We will definitely be picking up pizza from there from now on!

Had lunch with the family after receiving mailer about pizza buffet. Restaurant was not busy. One server seated us, but had to wipe table before we sat down and left puddles of water on the table. Another server took our orders. Three people in our party ordered the pizza buffet and two ordered off menu. The pizza buffet was barren so my elderly mother asked one of the servers (red hair, French braid) how soon it would be before the pizzas would be out. She apologized, broke out in tears, and ran to the back. She then returned with new pizzas, hurriedly placed them on the buffet table, and snatched the spatula out of my 93 year-old mother’s hand to move it to a different pizza. I attempted to ask her what the problem was, but she ignored us completely and scurried away. The pizza was spicy and the meat tasted old. The dessert pizza tasted like it had cardboard for the crust. The other two members of our party ordered the French Dip sandwich and the fettuccini Alfredo with grilled chicken and a side of waffle fries. The French Dip didn’t come with the au jus and the fettuccini didn’t come with the grilled chicken. We sent back the fettuccini only to have breaded chicken placed on top of the already small portion of fettuccini pasta. The waffle fries order had approximately 5-6 fries in total. There was no salt or pepper on the tables. The server didn’t bring any ketchup for the fries until after the fries were cold. Server did replenish the soda but failed to refill the water. Prices were exorbitant for the serving size. I could overlook a rude server (everyone has bad days), however, this coupled with some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten and even worse service leaves me with no choice but to rate this place with one star. I absolutely cannot believe Basil’s has been open since April of 2025. It’s obvious management has failed in several ways.

This place was fantastic! Ate with nine other people, everyone raved about the food. Went during lunch but ordered off the dinner menu. From the start everything was so flavorful and had great sized shareable portions. The appetizers, meatballs/onion strings and stuffed mushrooms were delish. The entrees of chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, bbq and fettuccine, to the hot sandwiches like Italian beef, cheesesteak, and pork tenderloin were rated to be best in town by this blue collar group. Everyone is definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu. Can’t wait. Would, for sure, DoorDash this place if I could. Wait staff was superb, as well. Would be a great place to have some **keno** and hang out for a while, too. Definitely the best value for the quality and quantity! Might be my new favorite place

The food from the appetizers to the main entree was spectacular. The service was above reproach. Chelsey who was also the Bartender was training Grace. Well she did a great job with our table and training. She should be one of their top trainers. Then there was a male waiter also. He came over when the Bartender was busy, he checked on us and took the opportunity to push some desserts on us. Everyone enjoyed his explanation of the dessert menu and he was on point with the flavors. These three and the manager on shift were magnificent. We will def be back. We also told them they needed to open a location in Bellevue. Awesome!!!

Pizza is a little pricey but worth it. This is a size medium of Midwest (add green peppers) and the double pepperoni. Slightly disappointed with how little pepperoni there is for “double” title and the side of fries is not at all worth it. Flavor is good but what you see there is $3 so just save the fries for when they’re free with a sandwich. Everyone I interacted with at order placing and pick up was friendly. I love the addition of the ice cream versus the offering before. Overall I will return and would recommend.

Wife and I decided to try this place tonight as it’s always nice to have an Italian place nearby. Our experience was strange. First off, not sure who our actual server was as we had 2 individuals coming to our table at different times. Secondly, my wife ordered an appetizer as her meal, so we asked to have her appetizer and my meal come at the same time. Hers came very fast and it tasted like it had been sitting there for a while and wasn’t fresh. My meal came like 5 min later. I got Chicken Alfredo. The fettuccine and Alfredo sauce were actually pretty good. But they use fried chicken… grilled chicken would have definitely been a better choice and is more traditional for chicken Alfredo. The place itself is nice. We didn’t try the ice cream so no opinion there. This may be a one and done for us. Lots of potential, but kinda disappointed.

Food, service, and atmosphere is amazing! Haven’t had anything bad. Just tried the ribs with Alfredo I was skeptical. I know might sound weird right but it was a great choice. The rib meat easily scraped right off from the bone it was delicious mixed in with the noodles. I don’t usually get fried chicken breasts but their breading and flavor is amazing! Appetizers and ice cream is amazing. Ask for Kelsey’s section she’s is a great person and she makes part of the great experience by being very quick and attentive! It was pretty cool to have the chef come out and ask how your food was. You don’t get that at many restaurants anymore. Thank you for being amazing!
