I ordered through the drive thru. There were 2 cars in front of me. 25 minutes later there were still 2 cars ahead of me. Mind you the dining room wasn’t even open so all they had to work was the drive thru. I left so I’m don’t know if the food is any good.

I ordered two crispy chicken taco meals. All I could taste was the cornmeal from the taco shell. It was so bad that I threw it all out and fixed a sandwich. Is there anything worth eating from any Taco Bell? Plus there was no one napkin or any sauce or cheese that was supposed to be in the order. My friend also commented that it was the most “nothing” he ever tasted. It was a pure waste of $25! I’ll never do Taco Bell again. This was absolutely gross!

I order nachos on the app 10 mins ago and got a notification 8 minutes ago that they were ready. They still haven’t brought them to the counter. We haven’t seen an employee since we got here. Stop understaffing and maybe start acknowledging the customers trying to get the food they paid for so they can go back to their jobs in time. For bucks sake, every location you go to does this shit

I don’t know what was going on at taco bell/ KFC on this day but the drive thru was slow..s.l.o.w. And I got the chicken breast box with extra hours..and the chicken taste better then it looked. I asked for honey ( for my biscuits) they was out but have me honey mustard??? I will avoid this restaurant for a long time and maybe they will get it together.

It seems like most taco bells are going down hill. Why should I be surprised. We ordered and waited over 10 minutes for our food. Went straight home to our crunchy tacos being so soggy. I just threw it away it was awful. The best thing was chicken chalupas.

Absolutely love the new design, and that there is less menu choice so it’s not as confusing with KFC in there too. Food was great and very fast served, All the staff was friendly and accommodating 10 out of town would recommend

We got 6 tacos, a cheesy roll up, 2 Baja freezes, 2 Nacho fries and a Baja blast… with that being said we received 4 EMPTY TACOS YES EMPTY all that was inside was lettuce!! No cheesy roll up! And no freezes said they could only give us a regular fountain drink which is $2 cheaper than the freezes wouldn’t refund the difference and hung up when I called asking if they could make them right and wouldn’t answer any other call Til I called on my moms phone and hung up there too. This place needs to be shut down at this point this is the 2nd time this has happened and they were completely careless… don’t go here unless you wanna waste your money and be extremely disappointed. Complete bull crap of a place. If I could give it zero I would.
