Amazing food and service in a lovely rustic setting. Their pancakes are the best I have ever had. And their self made maple syrup is better then anything you can get in a store.

Affordable and scenic local maple house. It is similar to Quebec’s sugar shacks. Once the sap starts flowing in February be sure to visit at least once this season.

Such a great place for breakfast! They have all the maple you could want! Maple syrup, sugar, butter, cream and so much more! Always smells amazing, and it’s even better when they are running the evaporator! So many great products available upon check out too!

Perfect Upstate Sap House! Unlimited waffles, pancakes and sausages. The best part is the maple products and a chance to see the boiler. Highly recommended!

Soooooo good! Friendly owners. Family style. They come take your drink order then start bringing over plates loaded with lead shaped waffles, silver dollar pancakes and sausage links. On the table is their home made syrup and different butters and creams. Before you leave you can buy these sooooooo very delicious brown maple sugar leaves!! I love them! They have maple sugar cotton candy. And so much more! You won’t regret going there!

A great little gem of rural Upstate NY. The owners are great. It’s a fun experience for young and old alike, you just have to like pancakes and waffles. The maple milk is fantastic too.

Everything here is always good but they need to stop buying out all of Aldi’s link sausage and leaving the shelves empty. They do this at several area Aldi stores.

This is a fantastic little spot to visit and enjoy local Maple syrup. The dining area is right in the sap house, so you can watch the evaporator work right in front of you while you eat your pancakes. There is a gift shop so you find some consolation prizes for those who weren’t lucky enough to come for themselves. This spot should certainly be on the list if you are visiting during sugar season.
