But the real highlight was Jason—he was a total blast to talk to! He walked us through the entire menu and broke down how easy it is: you pick what you want, and they build it for you.
Thanks to his help, we absolutely nailed the order. I grabbed the loaded potato with a side of brisket (incredible), and the missis got the Rango sandwich on potato bread. Everything was delicious. Great food, fun vibes, and top-tier service. We’ll be back! FYI we had to have extra salsa!!! That good.
And at the end we wot the banana strawberry pudding better than ice cream.
The owner, his wife and all the staff are super friendly. The owner stopped working to explain the menu to us.
Fair pricing. Homemade tortillas.

Such a great Tex-Mex flavor. One of the best in this area!!

We got The Fantana Tacos and for sides we tried the Mexican Street Corn , Jalapeño Ranch , and Guacamole . Everything was fresh, and the flavors were incredibly good .
A big thanks to Jason for explaining the menu and helping us choose. Definitely one of the top recommended places in the Spring Hill/Columbia area!
Employees were nice-ish overall. Not offensive, but would often disappear for periods at a time. Guacamole lacked seasoning, and seemed too chunky. Couldn’t say I was a fan of that either. Salsa was decent though compared to other establishments around here. Wish it had more spice of course. (Personal preference).
Burrito tortillas seemed hard and crunchy. Almost like they were rolled hours prior. And the brisket was awfully fatty, and also not particularly hot either. I assume that the food isn’t being kept at a hot enough temp and the device they use just warms it up to an acceptable level. Or maybe it was an outlier in my experience. Also seen a worker grilling chicken and using the same tongs for raw and cooked chicken. Salmonella? No thank you.
Pet peeves: Music was too loud and dated. Kiosk lacks tap to pay. Table markers at kiosk would be beneficial so I don’t risk getting the wrong order if the workers aren’t watching me like a hawk. Kid sandwiches at another table looked like ‘little swallows’. They wouldn’t even fill up my toddler.
Kind of expected a bit more after reading other reviews. Must be ran by Kramer himself. Probably won’t be back.
