Bad Sines
I love the subs here. They recently switched from making them in front of me to having me order from the cashier. I prefer the old way. I could look at the options and get the exact amount of toppings I wanted so the result was the perfect sub.
I was in the other day and got my usual. It was delicious but it didn’t have the ingredient balance I used to get at Dibella’s so…not the perfect sub.
I know this makes it easier for them with all of the online orders coming in now. I also know that if I were willing to go back and forth with them I’d eventually get the sub I used to get here. I don’t have time for that and neither do they, I’m sure.
I can honestly say that I will be less likely to get lunch here now for this reason. It’s still a good place to get a sub but I liked the old way. Just my two cents worth.

First time here. Ordered online for lunch. My food was ready within 10 minutes as promised. Overall the sub met expectations and had good flavor. My only critique is the sub bun is slightly too big in comparison to the meat. It also had an excess of lettuce. I would definitely recommend

Was driving around looking for somewhere new to try out and noticed this place. We arrived 30 before closing so everything was clean and put in the proper places. We came up to the counter and everything was easy to read and understand what selection they had. People were pleasant and patient with us. The selection was curtailed a little since it was so late, we couldn’t choose hot items so my mom got a cold roast beef 7-inch while I chose the most popular sub called the godfather which I got as a 10-inch sub. Came up to about 19$ which puts the price a little high but depending on quality it could be worth it. Now when it comes to the final product, the quality of the ingredients shines, this is not your common subway ingredients and bread.. but, I’m not sure it was worth the final price. At least for me and my family, we are price sensitive. If you want a quality sub then i would totally recommend the place. For a everyday eat, not unless you have more money than problems.

I’ve been eating here for several years and have noticed that this restaurant is managed extremely well. The staff are courteous and helpful and the dining area is always neat and clean. The food is consistently good and ready quickly. Bathrooms are always sparkling clean.

Had DiBellas for the first time today. It was delicious! They are pretty generous with meat, and the sub had a very good taste. I recommend the everything bread! The employees were very nice and the sub was ready very quickly, too.

Stopped in here to grab lunch with a coworker and was quite looking forward to it! A clean facility, and a helpful menu later I ordered a buffalo chicken sub. The bread was fantastic and fresh and overall great flavor, although the chicken could’ve been cooked a bit better as it was a bit closer to subway chicken than I would like for the price. But overall a good experience!

First off the app wouldn’t let me complete my order. So I called into the store to place the order over the phone. I tried to order a meal, and I gave him the info for my sub, but then he just continued on, and didnt ask what sides I wanted. He said he just assumed I wanted chips and a drink. when I asked if I could get a 20oz bottle of Pepsi with my meal instead of a fountain drink, he said I couldn’t, I had to get a fountain drink. I’ve never been told this at any DiBella’s I’ve been to. It was a really unsatisfying experience and I ended up cancelling the order because this guy was ridiculous. Poor customer service, and he didn’t even get the location correct when he answered the phone, he said, thanks for calling DiBella’s in beavercreek. Even though I called the Centerville store. The guys name was Brent or Brett or something like that

What happened at this DiBella’s, which was one of my favorite sandwich locations in this area? It seems management has changed the whole experience, and not for the better. Before, you could talk directly to the one preparing your sandwich on the way through the line so you could make sure you were getting what you want. Now you can only talk to the cashier, which leads to more mistakes in your order. They also seem more understaffed. The last two times I was there, I wound up walking out, the first because there was a long line, there was only one cook and the air conditioning was broken. The second time, there was only one cook and the air conditioning was broken again. Please, fix this place the way it was. I want to come back.

This store is a mess. Ever since the old GM left things have rapidly deteriorated. I’ve been coming in weekly for years but that is probably ending. Shocking how fast have declined.
I tried one last time today, hoping things had changed. Unfortunately they have for the worst. The grill was absolutely filthy. I mean gross, like it had not been cleaned in while. Used to be spotless under the last GM. Sadly, I am done with store and probably the brand.
