I was on my home from a job fair and decided to get a quick bite to eat and a refreshment. The store was slow and empty. There was no one to work the counter. I said to myself, “no problem, I’ll get something else.” The staff didn’t want to be there as ringing up my items seemed to be a chore for them.

Even though there are signs telling you where to stand, they have changed that and did not change the signs. So you stand in the wrong place and then you have to start over in another line area to order and then pay at the counter and then go back and pick up your order. It got confusing

They seem to have a problem serving people with disabilities. I’m deaf and customer service was rude and obnoxious to me because I could not hear her. She made me wait while she served everyone else before me, including anyone who came in after me.
