My son always says he wishes they were in Polson, that’s how much he loves their food (and my wife and I do too!). Whenever we head to Ronan, we try to make it a point to stop by and enjoy some delicious Dairy Queen. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the service is consistently great. We truly hope the owners consider expanding to Polson someday so we can enjoy their amazing food even closer to home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Decent, but often missing something
My wife and I enjoy DQ Ronan and the customer service is usually friendly — not the best, but always polite and helpful. The food tastes good when everything makes it into the bag.
The issue is consistency. Nearly every time we’ve ordered, something ends up missing. For example, one visit they forgot my burger… which was the main part of my meal. And dipping sauces? They seem to disappear into another dimension.
We still go back because it’s convenient and the ice cream is always great, but it’d be awesome to see a little more attention to detail when packing orders.

The food was pretty good about what you would expect from fast food except the bread was super over buttered and the chicken was stale like it had been sitting for awhile. The customer service was great and the food came out quick I order to go but ate in and they gave me a cup within a cup which was smart(photo below). Food is expensive but still good!

Dropped in for a late night Oreo cookie large Blizzard and it hit the spot! SO GOOD! Had fun talking with the kids behind the counter, looked like they were having a good time at work! When staffed has fun at their job, my time there and the food is ALWAYS better! Great job crew!

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to which is sad because this Dairy Queen use to be amazing I just got done waiting an hour for three pieces of burnt chicken. Will never go again and will discourage others from wasting their money and time

I was on time to pick up my mobile order. My order was not on the counter. Katie said there was no Dr.Pepper…I told her it’s ok…first asked for a drink refund but then quickly realized it’s in a meal so probably won’t make a difference. Katie got irritated, rolled her eyes and walked off. When Katie came back to the counter she had a drink and a bag and a plain Sunday and proceeded to put it over on the other drive thru register and walked off..Katie goes to the drive thru window to help. Turned around and finally told me my food was over there. VERY RUDE SERVICE, NO ONE KNOWS HIW TO SMILE… then on top of it all….our food was completely cold…do you guys even toast the bun anymore?…Worst service yet.

Horrible customer service and an even dirtier restaurant. Don’t work front counter if you’re gonna ignore customers. Also food was very sub par and the worst I’ve had from a Dairy Queen location. Additionally I’d save your money and go to a restaurant who will take pride in their customers and service.

Dairy queen is the best for when you have a craving for ice cream. Lots of stuff to choose from plus they always have a new blizzard for the month. So you never get sick of what they have. And what’s nice at the chill and grill you can always grab a bite to eat if your hungry. Good food for a good price and a good variety to choose from. Great place for everyone to eat. Staffs always been good and friendly and they seem to keep the place quite clean. Definitely recommend

I ordered 3 blizzards and 1 sundae. The receipt showed one item was incorrect as to what I ordered so I went up to the counter to tell the young blonde teen with a braid and tattoo on her upper back that the medium blizzard was supposed to be chocolate not heath. She slammed down the cup (mind you she hadn’t even started making my order but was about to) and threw a ridiculous tantrum. She refused to look me in the eyes and actually listen to me. She yelled at me to the point that two other people in line interrupted and said “you need to work on your customer service.” I asked her why she was so upset with me for pointing out that the young man who took the order typed it in incorrectly. She responded “can’t you see I am in a rush?”. The couple in line who intervened said “I am not dealing with this” and walked out. She slammed down my blizzards and walked away. I walked out and yet another customer followed me and said she had seen the whole thing and couldn’t believe how rudely she acted towards me. I honestly was nervous eating the blizzards because I had no idea what she did with them as she kept walking towards the drive through window out of my view. We ended up eating in our car as we were shocked and sickened with her nasty hostile behavior. We didn’t feel welcomed or safe to eat inside. We were #46 on 7/13/2025 just in case a manager is reading this review.
